some people get jumped here in the bay area if you go to protests like that
and others get really rowdy too
but im also scared because some people are really tall and might "bump" into me because im vertically challenged

I was really curious as to how this went because there wasn't much publicity about this certain protest.
Wow!
It must have been amazing!
We have not lost yet!
We are still here, after so many years of searching for equality!
Anyhow, I'm glad Tegan and Sara are still very supportive of this.
It's not a change that's gonna happen overnight, but we have to go on!
YAY!
=D
P.S. Liz Feldman was here too =P
we're on the winning side of history... i believe it.
we so are!!!
and wikiedinkie was here as well^^
We had to win sooner or later anyway.
oh right! she would have been there, wouldn't she?? i didn't even think of that, i'm not used to being in L.A... LOL...
im not used to it either.
i only lived there for a few weeks...
and hopefully i can go to a rally on saturday
but i wont be able to bring a camera..
too expensive to put at risk of a mob! XD
lol... well, i don't live in L.A., i actually live in D.C., so that was all a little confusing!
and the mob wasn't really *that* scary... i didn't fear for my camera at all. :)
@gabriela164 There was a LOT of publicity about this protest in Southern California but I think it was mostly just that night or week. It wasn't HUGE but people certainly knew about it.
