the story I heard is he got injured on the head to head stunt and had to go to the hospital, he later sued but as far as I know nothing became of it.

I'm wondering what would have happened if they needed to go to the 5th questtion at the end, there would have been no one left for eddie to pick, and what if the dog pound won? would the 4 of them get $6,250 each and Darren gets screwed out of $5K or do the 4  of them and Darren each get $5K?

From what I've heard before this show (and all shows like it) you sign your life away to participate.

Since I never heard or read anything about a court date the best that could have happened for him is a settlement out of court... but that's purely speculative on my part!
