wouldnt it be better to totally isolate him by making those wo guys on the left omehow transition into the other side, so that their defenders dont have a chance of double teaming?

How does he transition into this? Does he run a big to the middle of the paint and then have him fill the empty spot? I'm looking for something aggressive that will flow into this.
