  • What if Joshua were actually a woman? What if Jesus came to live among us like the book and the movie but as a woman? We all expect Him to be a certain way or come a certain way but isn't that how it was 2,000 years ago? So maybe He might come as Woman and live among us?

  • @StarrySonia Hi Sonia, Have you read, The Shack ? GOD does and will work in mysterious ways..

  • I just finished reading Joshua yesterday (4/3/2011.) What a wonderful engaging book. I needed this. A friend gave it to me and it has helped me immensely. Thank you so very much.

  • I've read a number of your books- many years ago now. I found them all inspirational - it reaches across all boundaries .

They draw the Jesus we all want to know and emulate -how we need to know Him. Thank you for allowing God to flow through your work to touch lives.

  • I met Joe Girzone at the DellaRattas. We had a Thanksgiving day fit for a king-Richard DellaRatta the King!

  • Very inspiring Fr. A true work for the Lord Jesus!

  • Joshua,Never Alone & A Portrait of Jesus helped me to see God as a lover rather than a stern judge always waving his finger. Thanks Fr Joseph for being a conduit for God into this world.

  • Father Joe...... this book is unquestionably led and blessed by the Holy Spirit. Your book challenges people to consider what Jesus would say and do above anything else. What a beautifully simple approach to a Lord and Savior who calls us his "brothers and sisters".

Thank you for this beautiful vision of Jesus and for your obedience to God's call within you to share it with us.

It has sold millions of copies and it is still going strong. Blessings always, Father Joe!

  • Fr. Joe - absolutely fantastic book; one of my all time favs.

I met your sister online once in a yahoo chat room shortly before she died, and we immediately hit it off. She said something that reminded me of Joshua's talk to the blind people in the first book; I told her; she said you were her bro! Love to talk to you about that.

God bless you, you've helped so many people by following your heart and the Lord's leading with Joshua. God bless.

  • Thank you, Father, for your dear book.

  • Joseph Girzone is one of my favorite authors. I love his books, Portriat of Jesus, and Joshua. Joshua the movie was great too.

  • I've never read "Joshua," but I am reading one of Fr. Girzone's more recent books, "Trinity."

  • I love Joshua so much. One of my favorite books. I love the way he talks about "the church" great, beautiful story

  • Hello Fr. --- I'd sure love to get you across the table and have one of our long talks one of these days soon. I was impressed the first time I met you and I am still impressed today. Keep smiling. don mooradian

  • Love your Joshua Series Father, made me feel like Jesus is really here, with us. It doesn't matter if your catholic or any other religion, God is the God of All people. I live my life trying not to judge others, I try to see the glass half full. God Bless!

  • Anyone who's enjoyed Joshua should check out Never Alone. It's not a novel but it's a quick, beautiful read about Joseph Grizone's spirituality.

  • I read one of the Joshua novels many years ago and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm grateful that Joshua has now come back into my life. I look forward to reading more of Father Joe's book. Tree

  • 25 years? Really? Whatever the case, this is nice to hear some of the back story and I particularly like what he says about how it makes people feel better about their relationship with God.

  • @ernestren I think he was just trying to enjoy retirement

  • Thank you Father Joe! I read Joshua over ten years ago and it completely changed the way I look at my faith. Thank you!
