then I guess you are the man then. Read the description at the top right and you'll see why it's done slow dip shit. I've got your soft right here, I guarantee you don't do 7 * like mike you don't have to tell us that. He's respected while you're..... well who are you again? That's right you're nobody.
I watch Mike Biggie on youtube. I have a black sash in Praying Mantis, and in my opinion, he is very good and helpful to me. In that my Mantis system is somewhat different than his。梅花太极螳螂拳
Decent video, crisp handwork. Would love to see this at speed. One (respectful) comment -- the consistent forward bent back occuring during all of the seven star punches is uncommon and IMO throws the practictioner off balance. At least, that's the way we teach it at our school. Thanks for sharing the video.
Hey robert are you refering to the 7*star punch in the middle of the first road etc? The "forward bent back" is kind of throwing me off, I don't think I understand what you mean.
Sorry for the confusion - I meant the leaning forward on the seven star punches (straight punches thrown in 7* stance); e.g. the 5th motion in the first row (i.e. right after the cross kick).
Okay that's what I thought just wanted to be clear before I responded. :) It's a matter of what the application is going to be, the follow through is applicable to the throw. I've seen this ap after the bump kick setting the hooking leg to the outside of the opponents leg and sinking the punch for a trip or hooking with the leg as you punch down.
Also the follow through is a training thing when it comes to punching. IE boxing, you don't punch the surface you punch through the target. I've seen some 7* guys stay square on their 7* punch and some extend through reaching for the target or through. I think it just depends on the application. Hope this helps a little as to our mind set.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=8z6nn8M9qi4 it's the first haag foo I have listed, the breakdown one.
If you look at this clip he runs through a part of it a little faster. A lot of this stuff was for me to take home to remember the forms for future referance. That's why it is done so slow and kind of broken down part by part.
Mr. Biggie the form was ok, you missed a few moves. I hope that you corrected those moves since it has been five years ago. Good luck!

@shirkers your reply is not a very appropriate maritial attitude! skills are one thing, humility is another.
please, please do not teach your students such a lack of understanding
