its a virus..u now have to download "unhide.exe" run that.. and you also have to change the share properties on your home folders... the fucker just infected our computers with a start up virus to delete it type msconfig in start, go to start up tab, diasble it from starting up, then go to task manager, under process end the exe file and restart pc... on restart go back and delete this shit off ur computer the same way u put it on... MSSE and Malware scanners didnt detect but its viral

@divinelykeyed Truth be told, I don't quite remember. I believe I did the ctrl alt delete thing, found the file that way, ended the process then was able to delete it. Again I'm not quite sure (been awhile), if that doesn't work read True2TheBlueYoViGang comments and ask him if you have further questions. I just played with my comp till I found a way to delete the file. Try to go to the programs section on windows7 and try and to uninstall the file there.
