Oh my god, talk about nostalgia. I played this game when I was like six or seven I think, and I remember the hole-climbing bit most clearly. When you're six, it's pretty challenging to get it all done right the first few times, but I distinctly remember the grabby hands too, so I think I must have beaten it. :D
I actually didn't hate Mega Man 3 for the PC... it's not THAT bad. Almost decent actually, once you accept it for what it is... but yeah, Hi-Tech Expressions was pretty awful, that's for sure. Whenever you see that logo, you know that not much fun is going to result...
You forgot about the game show games that they did. The Unholy Trinity of Game Show Games they did were Fun House, Win Lose or Draw, and Remote Control. And boy, do they all suck.

I downloaded this game only because it's "Rescue Rangers".
It wasn't very good at all. Too bad really, since Prof.Nimnul is my favorite villain of the show, far above Fat Cat.

@Vebinz I don't like much this game. I wonder why Nimnul is absent in 2 NES games.

I loved this game, but that's probably only because i wasn't aloud to have any video game system.

Dos had some really screwy versions of games that came out for the NES. I have to try that Dos Megaman game.

Which we can say the same for when it comes to games made by LJN... as James said in his X-Men review:
"You take one look at that logo, and you just know there is no pot of gold at the end of that rainbow."

And by "James", I mean James Rolfe, the Angry Video Game Nerd. :-)
