I don't know why this video is getting so much hate. This was my favorite team to compete against when I was in high school just because they were entertaining as hell. Also, having been in a couple of battle circles with their cadets when I was in school, I can tell you that their rifles aren't facs. Just like my team did, they have white polyurethane stocks.

Ran into this video while looking up my alma mater. It's nice to see how much the team has vastly improved over the years (I date back to 1SG Byrum's first year @ LBP). However, someone did mention that the routine has stayed largely intact; while I appreciate the nod to tradition, I think it could use some more evolution, right?

In any case, I think with a little more practice this team could give Norwich University's Shock Platoon a good run. Go Poly!

the reason that we have the stocks white is because our uniform is dark, and we want the people to see our drill completely.

it wouldnt look soo good with black stocks

@britdeo i dont know why alot of people outside of California think that white rifles are facsimilles. Alot of schools in Southern California paint their stocks White, WHY?, Idk but its a Cali thing. They should make a vid of them weighing these rifles to finally show alot of people and stop all these rumors about them not being fully weighted...thank you

well i would suggest saving up and then reverting back to the older sequence you had last year. the lean was a cooler variation and the blind toss at the end with everyone pointing at it was saying that you guys had your own evolution going. you will be forgotten if you dont go to daytona.
