@dinakos1 Hi there - I agree with you and also wanted to understand the theme.  I may be wrong but I think he is saying he is "intoxicated" (the name of the group is Band of Drunkards) and he asks the wine bearer to pour more wine (Sufi sentiments). Look up "Homay and the Mastan Group Concert @ Roodaki (Vahdat) Bia Saaghi," - it has similar words and a translation......I am sure someone who is proficient in Farsi will help us out with the meaning of this beautiful song.
