They are much more clumsy, complex and EXPENSIVE - partly because they require additional signal interpretation. Touch bionics have upgraded and made a newer version called the i limb pulse, it can act like a real human hand and you can get a silicone skin that matches your other arm/hand exactly to a T. I have recently obtained the i limb pulse, black in color and a a silicone glove that you wouldnt be able to tell if i only told u, so again i ask, wut other hand are you speaking of, that is being marketed
