I like Alex Collier but I have never heard of any scientist explaining gravity as a function of rotation; I thought that since Isaac Newton the theory is that gravity is a function of mass. I have heard scientists describe the magnetic field as a function of rotation though.

You are wrong. Mass does not effect the law of gravity on the planet. If you drop a penny and a boulder off a tower at the same time, they will both hit the ground at the same time regardless of mass/weight.
