BeautyQQ I have a question about sharpening eyeliner penciles. I have a Urban decay black eyeliner pencil and the tip is super creamy and its awesome. but when I sharpened it, it wouldnt...get sharpened cuz its so creamy. teh whole tip just fell off so i had to sharp for fifteen minutes for the new tip to come out. is there a way I can sharpening the pencil without wasting half of the tip?
