Guys stop hating on the paly's skill level, as in every tip video, he askes the Paly, DK, Mage etc to play below normal skill level to get the method across.

1.Use Feint to reduce Divine Storm's damage.(Really helpful when combined with cloak of shadows Storm crits for 500-600).
2.Use Evasion when you don't have Cloak of Shadows or Dismantle.(You will avoid his Crusader Strike and his Repentance may miss just like Blind misses with Evasion).
3.Use Dismantle smart. When he uses wings or when he is about to stun you.
4.Use Cloak of Shadows when he gets wings(not only to resist stun u got trinket for it Imo).

@GeglashTheBabyStompa There have been several occasions where I wanted to survive more than anything else in the game at the moment, and I died. Mostly in 10-14 and 15-19 brackets because of all the players with three times as much health as me and epic damage to boot. When it takes you a full minute to lower their health to 15-20%, and they can take you down with one regular melee hit, you're not much more than a nuisance. Just saying is all.
@WOLF777dude Thats when you stay away from them. if they are THAT much overgeared than you than you just fight others more appropriate to your health. if you get caught you will die but that happens. in my scenario im talking about end game content where people are similarily geared. People overgearing you is a issue, but in end game even if someone has full epics and you have a few you can still beat them, but dont expect to if you run up to them face to face, you need to be tricky.

Yea Bloore77 is right it takes skill to play a rogue. I use to belive rogues suck cause they could never beat me because my main pvp toon was my ret pally. When I made a rogue I saw a whole new world rogues have it hard killing alot of classes. It takes skills to down quite a few class/specs as a rogue I.E any resto spec is hard for a rogue. any how thanks Merc. You gave me a few good pointers on youre other vids as well. I pretty much use the method you use for warriors on pallys an it works

dude i use to be so afraid of pals. they're so easy. garrote & the glyph for it ftw. stack pts & rupture hurts them so bad. just make sure you use cloak like he said to avoid the hammer & its all down hill from there. pals pfft. its those damn mages & priest I'm having trouble with heh
@Uberboy07 mages are easy to kill as a skilled sub rogue. Just garrote them, add a few combo points, they freeze you, they blink. BE AWARE! when they freeze you, use your cloak fast b4 they get polymorp/deep freeze. Now they have wasted their blink. Now shadowdance and shadowstep. Use cheapshot, ambush, (garrote if you got glyph). Mostmages will freeze you now, so its time for vanish. Sap them as quick as possible. Now repeat the same steps. still working on priests but i got them soon

LoH doesn't remove dots/poisons, you have to be able to cast to use it and it gives you forbearance so you can't bubble. If you have replenishment then you get a pile of mana from using judgements anyway.

I open up with cheap shot > Mute > Kidney shot > Mute > enivenom > disarm > mute > enivenom. When they bubble sprint and cloak of shadows. then vanish. and start the rotation over.

That Paladin is terrible. HoJ should never be used while Cloak is off CD. He should be using a shield when needed. He should be keeping you in combat while Bubbled, it's possible to heal to full and use HoR/Eng hands/Judgements inbetween.
Okay look at the upload date... this was made back when that gear was considered "good" so don't go on flaming him about his gear when for that peroid of time in WoW there was no better available gear. Also I believe he was out of range for hammer of reckoning ... Last of all yes the pally could have been a little smarter but this video is just to give you tips on how to kill them. Meaning to give you ideas to use while fighting a ret pally. I'm sure he didnt put this vid out to be followed 100%
So, what happens when the retribution paladin isn't in terrible PvE gear? Or... When the Paladin isn't as dumb as a rock and hammers into your CloS? Which means you just blew that C/D for no reason and also opens you up to a Hand of Reckoning (Keeping you in combat) x 2. Once after he bubbles & Once after he freedoms, not to mention the fact that you'd have to save trinket for his HoJ instead of a Repentence. Your "tactics" are for mediocre paladins at best.

lol as i paladin in naxx patch retri paladin pvp i would do is.
use pvp gear
pvp spec
and let the rogue attack u first and use hand of freedom to remove the stun.
use repentance and let him pop his pvp trinket and use all burst dmg item like average wrath and some trinkets and nuke him hard.
Dont use Hand of Freedom while u get sap or on cheap shot only use hand of freedom when u get kidney shot.
But to bad paladins getting worser now as ret pally atm

the way i do duels usually for ret. pallies
I open up with cheap shot > Mute > Kidney shot > Mute > enivenom > disarm > mute > enivenom. When they bubble sprint and cloak of shadows. then vanish. and start the rotation over.

at 3.0.9, 20k hp was a ret pallys wet dream.
Just look at the difference between T7 and T10 heroic. Now, gear does win. Back then, skill did.

key to killing rogues..dispell trink timing...rogue will open by stunning.......after ur stunned wait till he appears dispell an stun him....ballz out dps...then rep..slow judge him..he will try 2 run...he will poof ..slowing him make it very hard for him to run and hide w/ low hp..and if hes a leet rogue u might have to bubble lol

That Paladin is terrible. HoJ should never be used while Cloak is off CD. He should be using a shield when needed. He should be keeping you in combat while Bubbled, it's possible to heal to full and use HoR/Eng hands/Judgements inbetween.

Okay look at the upload date... this was made back when that gear was considered "good" so don't go on flaming him about his gear when for that peroid of time in WoW there was no better available gear. Also I believe he was out of range for hammer of reckoning ... Last of all yes the pally could have been a little smarter but this video is just to give you tips on how to kill them. Meaning to give you ideas to use while fighting a ret pally. I'm sure he didnt put this vid out to be followed 100%

So, what happens when the retribution paladin isn't in terrible PvE gear? Or... When the Paladin isn't as dumb as a rock and hammers into your CloS? Which means you just blew that C/D for no reason and also opens you up to a Hand of Reckoning (Keeping you in combat) x 2. Once after he bubbles & Once after he freedoms, not to mention the fact that you'd have to save trinket for his HoJ instead of a Repentence. Your "tactics" are for mediocre paladins at best.
