I live in Newfoundland. It has been against the law now for several years to talk on your cell and drive. You may still use a hands~free but i think even that is dangerous. Texting; those caught doing that should have their licence lifted for life.
I have built-in bluetooth handfree in my car so only ever use that.

everyone likes to say they are a good driver (rider of motorbike) but you will never press yourself to say "I am a bad driver". It is like saying "I am a bad lover". Just go to the DMV, put a coin in the slot machine, pull the spring, and voila, a new license so you can go kill someone on the road.
