@DarkCrow1303 wait? what? ur not suppost to remove any strip. all u need to do is unscrew it and disconnect the battery from the metal prongs then put the battery in place. really easy.

Glad someone finally made a video for this, this was the dumbest thing in the Pokemon games. Would have been so much simpler to use reachable battery that charges when the games on.

yo I did everything and still wont work the battery is the right type and ive placed it in just about every position imaginable but still nothing .... the only thing i think i could have done wrong was get glue on the black thing on the bottom of the battery .... any suggestions?

@thepoon69 well if u glued the battery to the chip that's were u event wrong u glue the battery yo the 2one metal strips and glue onto the strips not the chip. And avoid scratching or damaging it or it could mean no more game. Just message me how it goes

@shinyhunter56 yes and no. in order to get shinnys with a dry battery u will have to basicly RNG and i consider RNG cheating.

Thanks, this is helpful. Could tape be used instead of glue? Also, glue not going to mess up the bettery or the metal thing holding it..right?

@ShadeKoopa i wouldn't recommend tape it will probably slip or fall and would break the connection and u wont damage the game cuz u will only apply a little spot of glue down to hold it in place
