It's woman's right to choose. Until they're born they're not people yet and women shouldn't bring children into the world unless they are ready . 25,000 people die from HUNGER daily. Does anyone seem to care about them?Idiots think a fetus is more important than a human that's already been born.Even if abortions are stopped people will still get them. Wouldn't you rather they get safe, legal ones? It's like saying that it's wrong for women to menstruate cause they just "killed" a potential baby
Sure there are carnivores who find abortion bad but eating the bodies of creatures is a must for survival, whether you are eat meat or plants, your body is taking nutrition form a once living and breathing organism. It would be totally irrational of a vegetarian to think that eating meat is a unethical practice. If you are a vegetarian because of that reason you might as well be eating meat also.
ahimsa does not exclude. pro-life meat eaters are hypocrites the same way pro-abortion vegans are... they both cause harm to what they consider as "inferior" beings. love all. protect the defenseless.
The ethics of abortion are a little different because the embryo/fetus/baby/etc doesn't live in a vacuum; it's dependent upon the body of the mother. Saying the embryo/fetus/baby/etc is alive and should be considered in the ethical equation is one thing. Saying its rights trump those of its mother is something else entirely.

Make sure you don't wash your hands. Doing so will result in the murder of thousands of bacteria. Where's the ahimsa there?
