@DarkBluePaint Uluwatu temple (which the place where they shoot this) is one of the holy hindu temple in Bali. People who come and visit there even not a hindu should cover they body parts to respect the holy spirit over there. I'm from Indonesia. I hope this comment explains :)

@IDKcharlie in other words, it is required that the visitors should wear appropriate clothing when entering the temple ground to respect the surroundings. 'Appropriate' clothing includes sleeved blouses and long skirts for women, and long pants/collared shirts for men. An option, if you are wearing shorts, is to rent a skirt that is called sarong, a cloth that wraps around the abdomen and covers the legs.
