Its a Good thing i ran down that slow ass Albemarle kid lol that was my first time running that event ever... i ran his ass down from the 100 Start to the end of my leg

Actually I did not cut him off. I stayed in lane 2 the whole race to his outside. So suck that. Dont try and downplay my accomplishments. And as far as multiple events I had dont the 100 200 and LJ that day. So how about you go get your own accomplishments and stop down playing others.

yeah... i think theres a huge difference between running an 800 and a 400...so just saying, stafford did good and all but beating a bunch of guys who center their training around distance and mid distance when you have 3 guys on your 4X4 that train for the 400, doesnt really say much. Add about another 200m on to everybodys leg and stafford would have been crushed

good race stafford, but I'm sure that the albemarle runners had already run indvidually and in the 4x800. This is probable, with the 4x400 being the last event.

And for the record kostelac runs 49.01 in the 400 with full rest
