This is the only cover of this song I've listened to so far that has almost the same groove given by Ian Paice in the original version by Deep Purple. Let's face it.

Dream Theater are one of the most technical bands ever, but that wasn't enough to allow them to make a good cover of this song, because, despite the perfect technique and the fact that the notes were all the same as the original ones, Mike Portnoy's always been as technical as static and grooveless (I like him and his touch anyway).
