  • This reminds me of why my ass is HAPPY I didn't fn get married!

  • " I'd see the Riviera and slow dance underneath the stars, I'd like to see the sun come up in a stranger's arms.." Probably the most romantic notion I have ever read or heard and my life's sole ambition.

  • The arraignment of this song from the early 2000's were always the best in my opinion. She plays an extra measure at the intro, and the steel guitar really cuts. She did this on VHS Storytellers and that version is great, too. Great post, thx!!

  • @PirateSygnal I meant 'slide' guitar not steel! Shoot. Sorry!!

  • missing "the book" on youtube

    such a nice tune

  • @tromp803 - I've never seen a live version of this.

  • @tromp803 look for 'three days in rome'

  • I couldn't begin to have a favorite Sheryl Crow song; she has about ten that touch the soul like so few others do. She is the best!

  • My head is full of questions and my and my house is full of lies

  • This song is grate

  • AWESOME!!!!!

  • My favorite Sheryl song ever since I heard it back when the album came out, and the live performance really takes it to another level. I can't believe it has been over a decade since this album, I am really starting to feel old.

  • great feeling in this performance. So rich

  • Great great Sheryl, love her so much!!!

  • AWESOME:)

  • 5+

    sheryl godess

  • All I have to say is... incendiary!

  • Thanx for good sound.

To me it's Best song for all of hers. This simply tells that she's a Real Artist. There's a kind of essential pathos in a happily life that an artist never can stay so long.

  • thank you so much for bringing this one online !!

  • What is not to like about this ............brilliant and well done

  • @play22frets I agree, I think Sheryl Crow has a lot of talent and can sing her songs live where they sound just good as the recording; Too often, I have heard a singer or band in concert and it's no where near the original song. She has a true talent as a singer, musician, and songwriter.
