Loooove Ippudo in Umeda, Osaka. I have never been to the one in Kyoto, but enjoy going to TenTenYu in Kyoto

Great vid series.

We have an Ippudo here in Kyoto. I have stood on line with my girlfriend for 30 minutes just to get in.

They have bowls of garlic cloves on the tables and counter with garlic presses. I love adding 2 or 3 to my miso ramen.
