this isnt ghazal but bhajan penned by Pritam the same as sason ki mala

@anawla Actually this is a ghazal... Sanson ki Mala Pe is a bhajhan written by Tufail Hoshiarpuri.. I think you are mistaken about Pritam... here it does not mean a Poet, in classical Hindi it means "Beloved".

But I am wondering that if this is not a bhajan , then whom is " Shaam " refering to ? And there is also Ram in the lyrics ...

Actually I don´t understand hindi , urdu , brajbasha or whatever , but this is intriguing .
