Please google search dynamometer, you should discover that power is the product of angular velocity and torque(P=Tw). Next google search angular momentum, you will find that torque is the rate of change in angular momentum with respect to time.(T=dL/dt)
Since the disk that you are spinning at constant speed has constant angular momentum then the torque applied to it is zero. Taking power to be the product of angular velocity and torque..the power input to the spinning disk must be zero.

Here is what is wrong with your theory: (For the sake of argument, assume no losses)
The part doing all the work in you motor is the solenoid(s). The magnets are just springs that even out the load. When the solenoids push the have to push against the magnetic field and increase the potential energy of the outer magnets. This energy is distributed to the inner magnets as the move (are pushed) to a lower potential energy and this energy turn the motor.
You probably assume that the solenoids just move the magnets and since they always move the same distance with the outer and innner rings in the same posititions the energy reqiured is the same no matter the load.
This is not true since the max distance between the outer and inner magnets decrease with increased load and the solenoids have to push harder to move the outer ring.
You are a true believer - no argument will ever reach you. So set yourself a goal: if after 25 years of testing your fabulous device you didnt make it, you just will have to try harder! Go for it!

What amazes me is people think they can invent a breakthrough motor. There are reasons why the most commonly used electrical motor today hasn't changed much since Nikoli Tesla invented it. Pitty he never made money from it.. The latest breakthrough is printed circuits motors which have the problem of meltdown due to low maximum heat capability. Which is why continious load motors usually have high mass amounts. Water cooling is new.. but non conductive fluid is expensive as shit. $800/gal by 3M
Which is why those fluids are mainly used on high tech military equipment, high powered lasers, super computers, or various budget isn't an issue situations. Lease case, one should measure torque and then apply the standard engineering equation (pi, RPM, squared, etc.) to get Joules. And that sill ignores a hell of a lot of heat loss in his motor's (dramatic pause) SPRINGS! And he has no idea how hilarious it is to put springs in a motor, which makes it even funnier.
I think that thing destroys more energy than it produces. the moving parts (bearings springs etc.) create friction and heat up. The magnets moving in proximity of metal will induce eddy currents and act as a brake. Let a neodymium magnet fall a copper tube and it slows down.
No, turning a heavy disc round and round is not a accurate way to measure energy output.
Imagine there was no drag in bearings or air friction. Then you only needed to add energy to MAKE it spin and it would continue to spin on it's own. spin spin spin.... So, once the disc is spinning you do not need to add energy. This is one part why your calc's are bogus.

You DO NOT get power when you multiply weight with speed. Your power calculations are wrong.
In fact, theoretically it require zero power to turn your disc at a fixed rpm.
Paxmax already said this but I guess you need to hear it multiple times to get it.
