btw..proper job on coordination chase...the onli reason y it looked messed was cuz of the backdrop prob...and ..i've NEVER seen a school do nakre like york...now thats actual bhangra..not gay saa wanabe bhangra dance moves (lightbulb and twistin the doorknob shyt)...

I finished Uni along time ago and remember when York didn't even place. This was a highly original and creative performance. The mario theme and sound effects were genius. The dancing was respectable but not being at the show I do have to agree that on yt it seems to lack precision and finesse. I too found the stage direction to be chaotic and hard to separate all the things on stage as in which is part of the current performance. There was almost too much. to watch. Overall still, nuff respect.

Honestly, I've noticed many of the ppl that have said mac should've gotten first aren't even from mac, and this comes from someone who's from Laurier. York does have stage presence (costumes, props, etc) , but there was too much going on and many times people didn't even look like they were doing the same dance moves. However, when it comes to JUST dance I have to say mac was better, and this is supposedly a dance competition. They were much more coordinated and their formations were on point.

Also in addition no need to cry under lame names or fake pretenses, if you really have a problem with something, take it to the ppl it concerns and not comment on a video thats not going to get you anywhere, but might make you feel good about yourself that your able to cry about something without anyone knowing who you really are(I)

Yo every1 needs to just chyll with the smack. Show is done and over with so no need to cry abt it. Constructive criticism is appreciated thank u for all that have done so. All schools did well to put on a great show and help with the proceeds to the Canadian Cancer Society.

As much as i really enjoyed watching the choreography in this video, i remember seeing it at the show and i have to say there was TOOO much going on stage at the same time.. coming from a waterloo dancer, ur ideas were amazing and on another level, but lacked some execution.. don't get me wrong, i'm not hating, in fact i think u guys really brought it this yr..

If anyone knows if Mac's performance is up, plz let me know

the run through was better...personally thought u guys would win too but when i saw this i can see why not first...dont get more wrong good dance but there was jus TOO much on stage and from this angle jus not synced and that leads to distractions...AND 24 000$ from waterloo are u kidding me? when it was clearly stated u guys spend the most of any school?

its a dance competition u retard not a props display. Dancing alone mac should have taken it. Hands down u guys killed the props and shit.....but ur choreography was all over the place, ur formations werent fine tuned, and actual dance moves werent anything special.

definitely better than macs...mac played there cards right but executing really easy and slow dances, our choreo is by far the best of the competition hands down

actually its not a dance competition..its a performance competition. Macs dancing was awesome..as for york and waterloo..wasnt that impressive...there performances were entertaining but there dances werent that difficult..OttawaU, western n mac had sick dances

Yorks choreography was the best in the entire show, IF there was no production involved in this show, York would win hands down regardless...Now only if the judges actually knew what real dancing was and not doing the same dance move for 16 beatsss..loll..ahem ahem waterloo

there is no way York had the best coreography. Look at the dance 0:12 - 0:52 ... it was so sloppy. The dances werent bad but they needed way more coordination...and i was on Ottawa and i still Mac would have won if it was a straight dance competition. I give you guys props for putting on a great performance in the show..but in terms of dances..i think other schools were ranked higher..

bro are you nuts? the reason you moved up to second was because of spirit which was INCREDIBLE and you guys deserve first for spirit and costumes.

Don't say you deserve things you actually don't. Your bhangra was your best dance and the moves weren't anything special - I swear I spotted a guy put down his shikkey in the middle of the performance.

Your choreography was decent, but what is choreography without your dances being fine tuned.

bro like i said I was on Ottawa..Im only defending Mac cuz honestly they had an amazing dance performance. They have very talented dancers..like i said..look at from 0:12 - 0:52 .. was pretty sloppy if you ask me, and the +17 people that agree with me kinda makes sence?

I didn't say york didnt deserve to place..aside from the messy stuff goin on all the time, they had i would say the best performance..it was really entertaining..but best PERFORMANCE..not dance..

Straight up York or Mac Deserved to win, I watched waterloo's video a few times, their dance was bullshit, they hide behind their props and they spend half the time getting into formation, and wow their bhangra was GARBAGE, you guys had some legit dances, i'm from St.George so you know my opinion isn't biased lol good job guys
