  • I'm beginning to think The Anti-Terrorist is a libertarian Policeman.

  • Miss you anti terrorist! Hope all is well :)

  • @hostile199 At that point I would be sure to let them know that i do not consent to any of their offers, recite my mantra, remind them that without my consent their search was unlawful and then record everything that happened afterward, with the intention of filing a civil suit after the fact.

  • I wish I had seen this before I went to the Metropolitan police you can find me for the full story you can find a link on my wall

  • Hey bloke, My penis is hidden !

  • great video, I am going to have my 18 year old son watch your stuff, he has had trouble with the cops before,, when he would walk home from school he was stopped 3 or more times so they could search his back pack in the middle of the road, his uncle was seriously beat by cops and so he is pretty quiet when he gets stopped, he was also almost beat up once at the fair by a cop, I dont know what the world is coming to but knowledge is power and I want my kid to have power,, thanks for the info!

  • fish have to open there mouth to be caught

  • There is no DIGNITY in hiding behind a mask no matter how valid your cause and the MAN still knows who you are...

  • @superjet2771 Tell that to the Count of Monte Cristo.

  • @superjet2771 Its the message not the messenger you need to pay attention to

  • You cut right to the point. "If i told you what it is i am hiding, it wouldnt be hidden would it?"

Great approach. Bluntess works. I have to say, this whole common law jurisdiction thing is new to me. i just started getting into it, theres a lot of scammers out there but the principles of individual sovereignty really sparks my interest. I would likem more information on this Stephen Barry fellow in the UK if anyone has any please send it my way.

    thank you.

  • Brilliant point about clothes, a prime example of right to privacy that people don't even recognize.

  • why do you flash 'knowlege is power' in this video? i guess it's not harmful like comedy centrals subliminal messaging but why have any subliminal content. or are you a button pusher or something. all that aside, great stuff and keep it up.

  • @pinbac92 If it had been a subliminal, and not an editing error, you would not have seen it. ;-) Be well.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist fair enough ;) you too

  • @TheAntiTerrorist lol...gladu still post..knowing what your up against seemsas tho your resolve is hardened...kudos

  • @pinbac92 In order to help others overcome the slavery they suffer, one must use the structural means that was used to enslave them!

  • so say im walkin down the road they pull up yeh whats ur name i can just walk away

  • what do you think of voice recording conversations without the police knowing?

  • @countofmonetcristo80

Not advisable, as you may need to use the recording as evidence in court and it may be dismissed if made without the officer's knowledge. He cannot stop you from recording, at least not lawfully, just do it with the integrity you expect of them.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist well, NYC is a "one-party" state being that anyone can record conversations so long as one party agrees, even if you agree and are the one recording. So, still though, could officers confiscate the device?

  • @countofmonetcristo80

They can and often do, unfortunately. Lawfully though? No.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist thanks my man.

  • This is great info. I like your views on this and how things will go when the economics totally falls.

  • @gutsrace

Lawful is a synonym of legal.

  • @EilisLornaWalsh

Umm, I can see why you might say that but, actually, it isn't.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist

But don't they mean the same things?

  • @EilisLornaWalsh 'Legal' looks more to the letter, and 'lawful' to the spirit of the law.Through 'statute', the State can make what is LAWFUL 'illegal',and what is UNLAWFUL 'legal' but for this little trick to work, the State must also convince you that it is more important to do what is legal than to do only what is lawful.

For example, a tax based on percentage of wages is unlawful but through statutory legislation and contract, it becomes legal and can be extracted from you.Get the picture?

  • @TheAntiTerrorist

    I'm confused.

  • @EilisLornaWalsh A clear sign that their work is done. No offense intended. It is a confusing topic but, essentially, 'legal' pertains to any legislation created by the 'Caesar', via Hammurabi's code, and 'Lawful', whether you like it or not, comes God's law, via scripture.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist

Thank you. Happy Easter, by the way!

  • What do you suggest I say to these nosey men banging down my door to do my census? I really don't want to do it but that fine is a killer for a single mum!

  • I would type more to the story if youtube would allow but in the end the officer and security guards let the kid play innocent because they were friendly with the kid who started the fight. Im not racist but in my opinion since they were all african american they supported eachother and let the inncident go as a miss understanding between my sister and him. I wonder how we rely on police to protect sometimes.

  • A funny story, my sister got into a fight at school and the officer was demanding her to tell him the story but my sister was in shock and would only tell it once our dad came. He then stated in a dick way, "Do you always need your dad to speak for you, what if he never comes" The security guards told me that her side of the story she told me was wrong all because it was caight on tape. Upon further investigation by my parents, non of it was captured, it seems as if the officer covered it up.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist

You always refer to police officers has 'he's', what if it's a she? L.O.L.

  • @EilisLornaWalsh Ahem. Pardon. :-)

  • By the way, if you asked the average copper "Am I obliged to understand? Am I obliged to consent?" theyll say "Fucks sake another smart arse twat, cuff 'im!"

  • @RandyLahey911 And when you get out of the cell a few hours later, having been unlawfully arrested for being "another smart arse twat", what would you do, friend?

Not a lot, i suspect. If you don't know your rights, you are just another 'dumb arse victim', are you not? :-)

  • @TheAntiTerrorist Id go home and have some tea.

  • @RandyLahey911 I can't argue with that. Tea is calming and delicious. Enjoy.

  • Forget privacy. Its over. Cameras will be the size of dustgrains soon. Just get used to it. Getting away with small crimes sometimes is a social lubricant, that should be built into a policing system. But be under no doubt panopticon society is coming and theres nothing you can do to stop it.

  • You sound like Clive Owen!!

  • @sapher2020

no he really sounds like the architect.I can almost make a quote but I lost it.As many times I watch that movie I cant remember exactly what the architect(God/freemason)said but it sounds very akin to what tthe commentor said

  • @lopytube I listened to it a few times and its actually quite a clever and shocking twist in the otherwise duff plot, but its made hard ot understand by the architects poncy way of talking. He basically says the matrix has been reset over and over many times, so the actual date is possibly millions of years in the future, not just hundreds, and each time humanity has played out its resistance as some kind of necessary rounding up to make it all work. Scary twist, wasted.

  • @RandyLahey911

yeah theres a warehouse worth of implications in the matrix.

Unfortunately no ONE know what the matrix is.You have to see it to believe it.

  • "INVESTIGATE YOUR GOVERNMENT".

    ..

Thats what i feel like doing I dont know why I just have this urge to do so.

  • @rabbitphobia

yeah I was wondering does he put that up their for fun or some other reason.Owell love subliminals

  • @lopytube LOL....... I am glad I am not the only one to pick that up.

  • Ok thanks again for your fast reply.

So is vagrancy covered by common law or is it part of this contractual law where the consent of the governed is required?

If one is arrested for vagrancy that would be a different offence to the original 'offence' and even if you did identify yourself for the purpose of disproving the second, you would not be accepting the first?

    Have I got that correct?

    Thanks again.

  • I have watched a number of your videos, including the original 'dealing with the police' ones and here is my problem I would like you to consider.

Today I was talking to a workmate about it. He said to me:

'I have a mate that tried this out, he would not identify himself to the police, they arrested him for vagrancy and would not let him go until someone had gone in and identified him'

This isn't a tale of a friends cousin it happened to someone we both know here in the uk.

    What is the score?

  • @Grokefish

That score is called 'the police subjugating your right not to be identified as a dead corporate entity' and 'unlawful arrest and detention'.

Then, your friend decided he/she didn't want to sit in the cell until they let him go, so he/she conceded and granted and conveyed a security interest in his or her property, via a 3rd party, in order to leave the police station.

If your friend knows how to get his/her remedy, they will be fine. If not, then just another ignorant victim.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist

    Thanks for your fast reply.

Another quick one if you don't mind.

Is vagrancy not covered by common law?

How does this affect the situation?

I have searched but cannot find the information that I am looking for.

  • A vague, poorly delineated set of minor offenses, such as being in a condition of unemployment, wandering from place to place with no apparent purpose, and having no visible means of support.More recently, the police have utilised vagrancy statutes for arresting persons thought to have committed a crime, when lack of probable cause for the person’s arrest is lacking.Vagrancy statutes are not well received by the courts, due to their abuse, and their ignoring of due process.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist "dead corporate entity' What is this, where can I find information on this subject?

  • @doomsdaypreacher creditorsincommerce dt com / resources.php

  • It works. Watch my confrontation with the Police..

    watch?v=yN6nQ6p0yZY

    Enjoy. Thanks AntiTerrorist.

  • I love the analogy of walking around naked if you had nothing to hide. I'm using that!

  • The smoothest silkiest English accent I've ever heard, spoken with such eloquence and a healthy dob of conscise prescise contstruction. I could listen to you all day. Now I'm off to have a lie down... ;) Excellent vid as always! These vids are extremely empowering, necessary & of course ought to be taught in schools but I can't see that happening any time soon! Keep 'em coming! I've added you to my 'channels I love'. Well done and thank you.

  • It would be nice to set up a link to the next part so that folks don't have to go fishing for it. Good video though.

  • When a cop pulls me over and asks for things, I say "Are you willing to claim under full commercial liability as stated in Title 42 USC 21 subch. 1 section 1983 that I need such a thing to exercise my common law and Constitutional Right to deny Illegal search and Seizure? Something of which would also be deemed illegal under commercial law as dereliction of duty as described in Title 18 USC part 1 ch. 93 section 1921 AND perjury for violating your Oath of Office (Title 18 USC I ch. 79 1618?)"

  • @crackerwv Give some examples and more detail how that worked out for you

  • @TheNewMusicNetwork It's simple. You treat the officer with respect, most of the time they will you, too. I just simply remind them they are under constitutional obligation their actual JOB is dependent on their adherence to the constitution AND by LAW described in Title 5 section 7311/title 18 USC chapter 93 section 1921. Perjury is section Title 18 USC 79 section 1618. Perjury applies to supporting their Oath. If they do not support it and the Constitution, they have committed perjury.

  • @crackerwv Sorry, had a typo and had to repost the codes. They are right now.

  • In the U.S, cops operate under Constitutional Law by verbal contract as stated in their oath. ANY violation of your common law and Constitutional rights are prohibited BY CONTRACT. YOU have more rights and freedoms than THEY do. EXERCISE THEM. Period! DO NOT submit or even recognize them as an authority as YOU HAVE AUTHORITY OVER THEM. Do not even recognize them as a police officer. Recognize them as nothing more than a fellow human being under contract by LAW to respect YOUR rights.

  • You want to see how bad police corruption is? Check out this website...it is updated daily with linked sources.

    w w w . injusticeeverywhere . com

  • @TransmitterOne

And you think thats ok do you?

  • I hope he is trollin

  • This video helped me a lot in dealing with the police. The best lesson in the enire video including all parts is to record conversations when dealing with the police. We all have mobile phones and MP3 players. The majority of them have a record setting rather like a dicterphone. USE IT!

  • big up

good iniciative, someday revolution will come and it wont spear those fucks !!!!

    POLICE=SOLDIERS OF BABYLON

  • With respect to keeping your mouth shut when dealing with police, here are a law professor and long-time police officer explaining and articulating, for around 40 minutes, why: /user/Echelon2600?feature=mhum#p/c/8F76A11373D0C883/0/1u9HQz9rSqQ

  • Thanks for your research and sharing experience!

My contribution is that i have learned to TALK with the police!

But take the initiative. They are all people.

You'll be surprised how much they can appreciate it.

Serious man, me too, i have been arrested more than just a few times but this attitude has only become more prominent.

However that's a different situation than you are mainly describing.

Still hope you find some inspiration in it.

    TALK in PUBLIC!

  • But if they were to read that they would say "no we don't, we think it's funny!" Truth is, that explanation is an ego-defense mechanism. They don't like people who are not in positions of authority. They lust power, and they worship governmental institutions, for they are the defenders of them. There is no difference between a police officer and those lurking behind and running the central banks. They share one singular ideology: to keep us from ever finding true happiness. And to oppose God.

  • nice to see a fellow biker , shades dude the shades !!!

  • was 12yrs old and still hear it now by them. How would I handle that? How would I counter? cause that bullshit lie drives me crazy. Thanks man.

  • First off, thank you for posting these video. I'm 100% for your point and cause. I just wanted to make a statement about the "probable cause" issue. I from the States, So. Cal., and I'm sure you know the rep our police have. EVERYTIME I have been stopped by the police for no reason what so ever they ALWAYS say me or my car match the description of a "suspect" they are looking for. BULLSHIT! I swear I have heard this B.S. excuse at least 8 times in my life. I was first told that by a cop when I

  • You can stand there all you like asking questions about standing under statements - you will get locked up anyway, look at darren pollards arrest, charlie veitchs arrest, ben lowreys arrest etc etc........

  • He's right, friends. I say we all just give up, bend over and lube up... :-D

¡Prefiero morir de pie que vivir siempre arrodillado!

    EMILIANO ZAPATA SALAZAR

  • @TheAntiTerrorist Give up what? If you dont want to stand under acts and statutes then thats fine I just dont see anybody successfully accomplishing anything through this> Charlie Veitch, Ben Lowrey, Darren Pollard have all been arrested as can be seen on their videos - if the police were wrong in arresting these men, then whys nothing being done about it?

  • Give up resisting the tyranny and questioning obvious commercial nature of these arrests. You're looking to the wrong sources for your proof of this information being a workable solution.Certainly,Charlie is highlighting the problem, which is increasing awareness. I think even he would admit he lacks the knowledge to fully engage in a commercial lien process as remedy after the fact.We cannot stop the arrests, the police will do as they're told. What we can do is make an example of them (tbc)

  • (cont'd)...after the unlawful arrest by using their own commercial processes against them, using their Ultra Vires actions as cause for a lien. Much study needs to be done but it has proven to be very effective when implemented by the book. So, there is a lot we can do but it takes diligence, study and action. How committed are you to your own freedom? We are are where we are today because most people just accept what is happening around them. Do accept it?

  • @TheAntiTerrorist how do you deal with them in a lien? explain

  • If the officer walks by me in public n asks to take my hands out of my Pockets - Is there a way to refuse the officer following me and a way to refuse to follow orders, as in put my hands behind my back, or any form of order if I havent done anything wrong and am simply taking a walk? Q#2 If an Officer asks/Demands that I show ID to him when Im taking a walk - Is there something I can say to Refuse to provide ID as a part of my Rights? What if he tries to arrest me by force for not showing ID?

  • @Joel0277 The thing is, you can do anything you like as long as you're not hurting anyone or anything. Unfortunately, to the police it's not about that. It's about exerting their physical power against you because they know they have the support of every elite body on Earth to do so. In other words, it never matters if you're right or wrong. In fact when you're right, be extra careful, because that angers the police more than anything else. They HAAAAAATE when we openly disagree with them.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist There is plenty we can do. If more people would stop sucking the government teet and get "off the map", they wouldn't be able to touch us. Build a house off of any city grid, build a small water treatment system, make your own electricity, and grow your own food.

If you think you can't live without your Starbucks coffee, Twitter updates on Justin Bieber, and 20" wheels on your nice, shiney BMW, then you WILL be enslabed. You WILL lose your liberties.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist some people really dont get it. Voy a vivir en mi pies!

  • @nokiaman2002 It worked for me. See my video if you want proof.

  • Thank you matey, you are a true humanitarian and a man of the free.

  • check out my latest video, i tried freeman on the land tactics.but they were quit in your face.they were special forces(they had pistols on there side).the bitch is my battiers died a min into it.got new batteries for tonight tho..lol

  • would the same rules apply to checkpoints as well?

  • cool stuff, thanks

    07:00 LOL :D

  • KNOWLEDGE CONTROLS FEAR ;o)

In my lil book of thoughts a while back I wrote something about - We fear what we do not understand. To remove the fear of something, learn about it and understand how how it works.

    Love you work.

    peace

  • Mister AntiTerrorist what do you think about the FEMA Camps? I have more info on my page.

  • Damn, I would shit myself for the last 15 seconds if he walked up to me and said that. XD

  • I dnnt know about youpeeps in other countries but here in the U.S.A. we have alot of guns, especially here in Texas. We will fight back. Band together. Even a good pellet rifle at close range is effective and then you pick up dropped weapons and ammo. Resist being a slave. If they start taking people away dont just stand there and watch like what happened in WW2 under the nazis regime.

  • wake up wake up ahhahahah this is fucking ace

  • we are obliged to show id's here in holland. what is your point of view of this?

  • @brrrrrrrr research your laws, it wouldn't surprise me if yours are similar to ours. let me know what you find if you want. i am interested.

  • man i loved what you just said. even though i live in Toronto (which is in Canada) there are alot and i mean ALOT of these "peace officers" i understood what you said and i'm assuming canada has the same rules. but you might have to dumb it down a little but thanks for the video really helpful

  • the biggest slavery is the credit card !

  • Sir my family and I have been the brunt of repeated police searches we did not know we had any rights but now we do.the past and present is theirs but the future is mine.

peace and love from someone who owes you more than you will ever know

  • Do you understand the difference between LAW and statutory legislation and where each officer functions? With respect, going by your questions, it would appear not. Please, save us both time and energy by watching 'Bursting Bubbles of Government deception' and ' The magnificent deception' on Google video.

  • What makes you think I would wish any harm or violence to fall upon you or your family? Peace Officers are already being paid to do their duties but are being used as revenue collection agents to enforce corporate policy instead.

What exactly IS your point, friend?

I suggest you watch the rest of my broadcasts on the subject. Or, don't. No skin off my nose. Perhaps also watch Robert Menard's videos as well. That way, we can avoid this irrelevant and time consuming exchange. Be well.

  • I would assert it was a clear, concise reply to your questions. What would you have liked me to have said?

Also, you clearly missed the most important part of my reply. "You aught to elaborate, friend."

  • You aught to elaborate, friend. It would appear that you are operating under the presumption that the current 'policy enforcement officers', operating under statutory legislation, are responsible for your family's safety. 'Peace officers' operate within the LAW and are bound under OATH to protect you. As for your second question,if you don't know what rights you have, you have none.

  • great video

  • Your videos are the sh17. I love the sense of humor and the "duh" honesty that took me 23 yrs to figure out.

  • Why are there many thumbs down on the comments?

  • Pessimists at large or people who don't like to hear this information :)

  • Excellent like all your videos!

  • Well this is enjoyable as a mental exercise but sadly it doesn't work in real life. This approach will not work in the US. Those days are over. Does this attitude work in the UK / Europe? I have found in life that I have avoided arrest many times by doing two things which directly contradict your perspective. 1.) Being respectful and honest but not volunteering information and 2) trying to impress upon the lawman that I am on his side. That is what has worked for me..at least so far.

  • Do you bend over backwards to everyone you meet?

  • then, when they find out you've given them an alias and they keep you in a cell longer for wasting their time, you'll have more to think about...

  • The music intro was created simply because i discovered garageband and was feeling creative. It doesn't underscore anything. The subliminal effort was a bit of an experiment in positive affirmation but certain paranoid individuals took it to mean i was telling them what to think, so it won't happen again. As for the all seeing eye question, it is one that comes up often. It was taken from the end of zeitgeist 1; 'the awakening eye', to go with the 'wake up' graphic. No offence taken. ;-)

  • I think the music introduction is very effective and attention grabbing. I like it.

  • Use your eyes 49 seconds into this video and one pops up on the bottom of the screen. I don't need to prove it, you just need to look.

  • Still at it, XONE? You're really not creating the faeces storm you'd hoped, are you! It appears that no one else seems to mind being exposed to a positive faux subliminal message. I say faux because it stays up a little too long to be genuinely subliminal. Anyhow, you could carry on warning the general public that this vid contains such subversive comments as Knowledge is power...or you could use your time a little more wisely and educate others on issues that matter.

  • Far from it my friend, I'm simply pointing out that you assume no one has a brain and needs to be guided. It's plain offensive. Whats more you took it upon yourself to delete messages from your page Thus Proving yoUr aCtions and also trying to stop people from finding out. As I've said to you in private, I support your work but don't support your method. Peace
