I use a blues Jr. with a Wylde overdrive and an EVH MXR phase 90. I also use a JCM 800 combo that I got for free from my uncle. Just had to retube it and fix the fuse and fuse holder.

stock amp? i've been thinking of using my fbj more and aren't really happy with the Fender Special Design Speaker. Leaning towards the Jensen C12N to round those lows and tame the highs a bit. That's what I HOPE to do at least. :) Thoughts on the different speakers anybody?

Thanks!! Blues junior is a nice little amp. Pump it up with a fulltone ocd had a signa drive and sold it. No comparison to the ocd IMO. Totally different animal if the same chip was used I'd be surprised.

sounds like it would have an yngwie tone if it is used with a strat. thats what i am going for and i have a feeling that a regular overdrive isnt gonna do it like this pedal will.

Thanks! Skip the brownie pedal get yourself a fulltone ocd, brownie gets muddy at times. I'm using a les paul in the video.

Personal taste I like the ocd. Very amp like and never harsh. Wide spectrum of tones in the ocd brownie seemed limited.
