For the past 3 years in March my basketball team and I attend the East Coast Homeschool Tournament there at Liberty and every year we have gone into the Drowsy Poet. We love the atmosphere and Smiley is wonderful. We all especially loved the Milton Milkshake. I'm so glad enough people care about that place to keep it in business. Going up to the tournament wouldn't be the same with out it.
I love Smiley and the Drowsy Poet!! I just got back from there and was browsing youtube to see if Smiley was on here. Found this video and now I'm commenting on it lol. I didn't know Drowsy was almost closing!! That would NOT be cool! I've been going there almost my whole life. Nothing beats a milton milkshake!
well yes liberity students can do that they and the uni ? have the most money and the most power in lynchburg . that are more colleges and churches here than just LU.
I WOULD DIE IF THEY WERENT THERE! I live in Washington State and the first thing I do when I go back to visit LU is get myself a million miltons! keep it up smiley!
I love that place, I have a lot of great memories there!
