The situation was that 1 base zerg is so weak and that expo was delayed for soooo long that his only hope was the zergling all in bust or a nydus if he had thought of that play... still, tester executed the cannon contain perfectly so he might have even held a nydus worm as he didnt expand and instead focused on gateway production

Why doesn't Idra just kill off the probe by trapping when it passes through the drones? I would do it just to get rid of that annoying scout, you won't lose any harvest time.. I don't get it.

if you take every single drone to attack the scouting drone and it still manages to get away, you are behind becaue that whole time the other player is still mining and in cheese or any kind of rush, every second counts and you just lost a lot

No man, there's no way it will get away, I don't mean pull off your miners and chase it, there are times when the scout waltz right through all your workers and mineral line and it's easy to trap, it can't get away and it's dead in less than a second.

Had he 14 hatched he wouldn't have been contained. He was off by a few seconds basically but with a queen and some crawlers he could have taken it down. IDK why he only made one though. the toss played it well... but you really shouldnt be able to contain a zerg like that. zerg having no ranged options until the mid game is really starting to show alot of holes in the zerg line up.

ive 15 pooled a bunch of times, i usually follow up with a fast lair after queen into fast hydras, its a pretty solid build against protoss, against terran its horrible coz those darned tanks, and zvz forces early units to be built
