These tapes are EXCELLENT!! Im from Ireland and recently just recieved them and I have to say they are one of the best investments I have ever made. Throughly enjoyable to watch and catalogues the entire system perfectly, and very easy to navigate through! And its such a nice feeling knowing that you are watching the system done the way Ed Parker wanted it in 1983. Full Salute to Aaction Kenpo Karate!

that's not the point, this is just how you start out so you can get used to doing combos, build coordination, and speed. nobody ever said the enemy will do this every time or even at all. i think people sometimes forget the exercises are, well... EXERCISES. you figure out how to use it practically through sparring and stuff, which they do. this basically doing forms, its all about muscle memory why can't anybody understand that?! does it hurt to think or something?! oh well...
