The PS2 revolutionised gaming forever, it was a milestone of sucess, I remember being in primary school talking about Tony Hawk's American Wasteland. These days it's about being the best at a game, but back when we were younger it was about socialising, going over eachothers houses to play the latest games released which you didn't have, and sharing the same sofa and same unit for split screen rather than PSN and Xbox Live. I think the future generations are missing out on such a great console.

@nicolasdk22 I want remember you that the best games were denveloped on PS2 from 2002 to 2007. PS3 works in HD and has a better graphic, but the characters, patos and atospheres of some games for PS2 are still unbitted.

Im Confused. At he Part Where I See the PS Logo ANd the COnsole is down it is facing up then after it is stand up it is facing up. Shouldnt IT be sideways when facing the console up

If you wan't to have a crystal clear PS2 Picture on an HDTV you Need a PS2 Slim and an AV Cable which the system comes with, otherwise they will have a blurry picture.

I think the redesigned Slim is nice-looking, but not much of a bargain. The fat or the older slim is much cheaper. Just my honest opinion.

I wanted to compare these two slim models specifically because the latest ones are actually slightly different than earlier slim models, which I first found out when I bought the new slim, so I thought I'd make a comparison between the new and old slims.

I just got one of those 3 weeks ago. The PS2 slim 90001 series has a single fan shroud in it, a better lazer, and an internal power supply. Also, it has a brick built into it. I like it. :)
