  • 2007-Painful Jack Knife Crunches with 45 Plate. Only lasted 2 sets of Single leg squats and died before I could finish push ups. I wanted to Yack. I could only do 3 pull ups. Why wake up at 7am to drive 15 miles to work out with Jeremy???

    2009-Single Leg squats- 15 reps/leg. Push ups and Pull up Rows, Smith Mach- 15 reps. 10 Pull ups easy. Being able to do all that as a 210 lbs Korean....FRIGGIN Priceless! You are the Man Jeremy!

  • Jeremy is THE most amazing trainer ever. I hated working out until I met him. An hour of working out with him seems like ten minutes. We do Thai kickboxing. After two months I've set a goal of sparring and eventually tournaments. Very exciting. There is nobody in the world that he can't get in shape.
