I don't think he was intending to knock Paul there. He was just saying Paul wasn't going to be able to win for practical purposes. It's a stupid remark because Paul has been elected at least 10 times and his similarly ideological son Rand was elected. If Paul runs, I'll vote for him, but Trump is our best shot. Any viable pro-industry candidate who isn't whacked is needed.
