I somehow missed this video at the time you actually posted it. Funny I should watch it now given that my therapist has recently been giving me the "QUIT YOUR JOB" speech.
Whole thing struck a chord on the "getting back in touch with the creative self" front.
If you have sad in the Netherlands you worked in a coffee shop it means you worked in a drugs shop. :P But I know what you mean and I like your videos they are groovy.
Is the coffee shop you worked in the same as the one of your William Shakespeare video?
i am trying to be an actress, and sometimes it's hard to forget the expectations of family and society, but in the end you just have to live your life for yourself. you're amazingly talented, crazy creative, do not give up.
You're a cool guy. I think I'm in the same place you're talking about where I've been out of school and am at a job I hate. Hoping to pull something interesting together soon to be a happier person.
Do you ever smile? I think I may have to deduct some cool points for you not smiling. Hahaha. I'm just kidding. Since your glare at the end made me laugh, you can keep your cool points. Not that you need any from me. ^_~
Your intense gaze..ah...hot. I like your picture collage. I miss those days when I had "all the time in the world", but I never seemed to do anything important.
OMG! At about 4:48,I woke up (jk jk)and was that a genuine laugh we see?!!! That was so sweet! I think it was a genuine Bernard giggle!Wow~I hadn't seen one of those yet!
please, please. keep it up (yer chin and the videos, they keeps my chin up).
i know its annoying to hear sometimes, my chin is almost always down.
everything i've seen from you is brilliant. i know this because i am brilliant. and i know i am brilliant because, well, i'm brilliant. so yeah, i know what i'm talkin bout. i am one person, but my standards are high and i'm always waiting for yer new videos.
Like everyone else is saying, I'm rally glad I found you on youtub, man, you have a great personality and a sense of humour. I really think and hope you'll get to make feature length movies some day. Don't ever quit, Jermemiah! :D You could be the next Andy Kaufmann!
Man I love you man. lol Highschool was the best. Now I know I can write better stuff, but all I come up with are outlines that I half assedly draft. I am so happy that I can participate in your creative process in the small little way that I can as a subscriber. And you unlike me seem to abound with potential. :D lol I MUST KEEP WATCHING
Happy belated anniversary, looking forward to what year 2 has in store. A friend (from Mass) told me about your "jazz recording that, you know, no body really cared for" in May. I told every musician I know about it and even shard it with my former jazz studies professor at University of North Texas. We all loved it. (I think he may have showed it in a class). After I saw your other work I subscribed and became hooked. Keep up the interesting and entertaining work.
I'm really glad you found YouTube. I've enjoyed a lot of the stuff you've done on both of your channels. I'm sure you'll have another great year. Thanks for everything!
Apparently I'm stalking you around the net today... trying to figure out who you really are. ;) I started watching Church of Blow a while back, and totally loved it. I've continued to watch that channel post-Reverend. I thought you actually were Bernard... but now I think I've found the real you. Unless this channel is just to mess with my mind as well? Damn you! ;) Whoever you are, you're a great comedian, and I mean that.
You know it's so much more interesting getting to know someone through a vlog AFTER you've already been blown away by their talent. Looking forward to hearing more.
Why? You don't owe anything to anyone but yourself. Once you give in to Aunt Minnie or try to please the audience with something you don't believe in, you're sunk. Just like those 'ravens'.
I usually give myself an entire afternoon to shoot something, even a straightforward video like this one, but I had less than an hour. I got it done in twenty minutes, which is some kind of record for me.
Hey Bernard/Jeremiah/???. Thanks for taking the time to share your YouTube lifestory with us. Yeah, definitely trying to recapture even a portion of that creativity energy we had as kids is the ticket to moving forward. i could certainly relate to your cameraless state of affairs there. But fortunately, as you obviously discovered as well, most Catch-22's often come with a locked screendoor on one end. :)
That's the spirit, man. i've just recently clued-in to your wp channel after many months of Blow churchgoing, & personally, i thought your Jazz Dispute post was excellent. Put me in mind of Jerry Lewis' mime work in Cinderfella. And your Spike Jones tribute was incredible btw!
Not sure what's more amazing: Spike's original monologue, or you actually being able to lip-sync to it! Brilliant work, man. Best of luck with all your future projects :)
don't let the numbers get you down, jimmy. almost 1 a day isn't bad for your first year. i'm upset you won't tell me anything about the projects you're working on though...
No, you're right. Considering I've done absolutely nothing to promote this channel, and acquired my subscribers without any featured videos or spam, 300 is not a bad number at all. I just wanted to end on a sour note.
Keep on creating! I look forward to seeing what it all is :)
I think I should start emailing YT when you have a new video, try and get some more featured. That seems the best way to breakthrough for more subscribers.
Is your real name Harry McKenzie? >.>
