I can remember getting into my parent's record collection at around 9 years old and recording all the music I liked from their records unto tape. I've learned to develop my own memories from this music, wondering about the time, remembering stories my parents told me, and just enjoying this awesome music.
This is true Barry. Back in the 90's I had a hell of a hard time finding this, but lately they've been coming up on ebay left and right. I agree about Evelyn as well. I've been collecting since about 1990 and have yet to come across a copy of that title
I discovered this one on a CD I bought. It's been in my iPod along with The Cure, Kasabian, Lou Reed, Garbage, Depeche Mode and countless other greats of the rock era. It's one of my top faves. Thanks for posting this!
Another winnwer there P.J. I have it on a reissue. A friend introduced me to this one at least 20 years ago and I have loved it since. He has it on a various artists Ember original LP. You have the only original 45 of this I have seen.
A few yrs back..I worked with a gentleman who claimed his father was a member of the silhouetts,,to his suprise,I told him I was a doowop historian, and I sang a few bars of Bing Bong,,my favorite by them,,we laughed,,Dz from the Bean

Great record by not the hardest or rarest to find. Try looking for Evelyn by the group. That's going to be impossible. Just ask Val Shively.

Bill Horton was years ahead of his time. He was one of the most soulful doo wop leads I've ever heard

I appreciate it Chris. I wonder if this exists on 78. If it does I'm sure you or Mike will come across it. You guys always find the rarest 78s
