It's one of the nicest DJ controllers out right now, def. a pro-level piece of kit. Notice how ALL the buttons and knobs are illuminated? So you can find everything in a dark DJ booth ;)

I really like it and for the money - it's a pretty good deal. However, look around - there are new boards that do the same thing that might be better.

Also, you had asked if the Xponent connects to speakers, etc... The Xponent has two sets of RCA out (Master and Booth), so you'll need to plug into an amp or a stereo for live sound.

Can it be set up to work with Native Instruments Traktor? I'm just getting into it, used to have a crappy lil DM2 that I configured to work with Traktor, had the joystick set as the Amount and such, can the mousepad on the Exponent be set to work that way in Traktor, so you can use it to do distorts and junk?

I think someone mapped all the buttons to work with Traktor.  Take a look around - I bet you can find a tutorial file via google.

FYI - I give the stand 4 out of 5 stars, simply because you really have to adjust the crap out of the second and third tiers to get them level.

Yeah ive watched this a good few times and really like it. Good choice to go for long quality mixes over track quantity for a change. You can really concentrate on nailing it, rather than worrying you only have 20 secs to cue your next track ;-)

Like the use of the loops to make the mixes mega loooong.

Like you I dont use the auto sync, but I had to tweak the tracks continually to keep them in time, never had those issues with Traktor & BCD3000 - go figure!
