  • Order of Ecclesia is a fantastic game, one of my favourite DS games. The glyph system, the music, and a gorgeous art style. Shanoa has one of the most beautiful character designs in modern gaming.

Shanoa would be very hard for even the 360 and PS3 to render in 3D; all that hair and fabric!

  • A female successor to the Belmont family? DEAR GOD.... MUST GET!!!

  • Well that's not quite the way it works out, but you are missing out not playing this one. It's probably the best attempt to mix the old with the new.

  • shanoes bringing sexy back lol

  • Would this game make any sense for a newby with no knowledge of castlevania?

  • You can go into this game not knowing very much about Castlevania. One thing that can be said about Producer Igarashi is that he explains back story for new players very well.

  • All of the Nintendo DS Castlevania games have been freaking awesome x3

  • This is the best intro of all the DS Castlevania games. But also is the tougher of all of them...

  • i like shanoas eyes there pretty hot

damm i wish i could meet someone like that in real life

  • You mean someone whose eyes are devoid of emotion ._.?

  • well if u put it that way i guess

  • lol nah, I agree with you. They're pretty hot ;)

  • hahahaha yeah

  • Make up and eye shadows can do that look. Check on makeup tutorials :)

  • I'm SO glad He doesn't want to make a castlevania game for the wii. My arms WOULD get sour from swinging that godamn remote for hours and the graphics would suck. Wii SUCKS PEOPLE! DON'T GET IT!

  • He already made a Castlevania for the Wii.

  • I know and it sucked.

  • It maybe sucks for YOU , But doesn't for other.

Please keep your poor taste opinion for your self .

By the way great video +5

  • wait a minute! I REMEMBER YOU!!! your that dick that accused me of being racist! Well I got news for you pal, when it comes to not stating one's opinion, you have No to talk!

  • Got me some time getting used to this type of Castlevania but once you got all the extra magic items you discovere access to many places. Love the intro video I think the girl is freaking pretty imagine meeting someone like her in real life with her nice back tattoos. Thanks for the video gave you big ratings. I love all the Castlevania games!

  • i hate the fact its a girl, nothing bad against women but its just not the same

  • I think it's better. Especially for 3D games, why do I wanna look at some dude's ass for the whole game? Although if it's Alucard then I'm too busy looking at all the enemies he's tearing to shreds. Seriously your comment seems a bit vague, OoE is definately not the same Castlevania we've been playing for years.

  • yeah for one thing there's like 6+ areas not even in drac's castle. OoE has recurring themes(death in clocktower), but it was "meh" at the end. Same for the other DS Castlevanias. Portrait had Richter as a boss and vampire killer, but even that connection wasn't good enough to tie up the series as strongly as it could've been. In my opinion, they should use the emotions of dissonance or symphony more, or at least the artwork.

  • Do you think the artwork not being by Ayami Kojima affects the story? I though dialogue was a bit more serious in Order of Ecclesia than it was in Dawn of Sorrow & Portrait of Ruin. Of course when the game only really has 3 main characters in the story, it's difficult to latch onto. Furthermore Japan isn't known for characters with rich back stories.

  • Sadly enough, they don't. My background knowledge of Japanese stories is poor, due to the fact that I think writing there is limited to anime (don't know any other types of story interpretaions). There's more going on there than I probably realize. Anyways, I personally think the art gives a sense of placement in the game. When I think Draculas castle, I think candles and gothic- themed regions, not light houses. Granted, it's an expansion, but one that, for me, feels unnecessary.

  • Much of their writing goes back thousands of years. For instance the "harem" anime as it's known today, can be traced back to a story made a couple thousand years ago having to do with a Samurai who lived with many women... I think.

The thing about the Gothic imagery is, how much variety can you have with it after 23 years of Castlevania? If you keep showing the same candle lit cathedrals, it might get boring after several games... hence the expansion outdoors to lighthouses & elsewhere.

  • @AlucardsQuest Expanding the game beyond the castle was agreat move. It gives the game variety and makes for a "fuller" game. It reminded me of the classic Master System game Kenseiden.

  • Ayami got it right(personally speaking) (artistic atmosphere and characters), that's all I'm saying. I liked the seriousness of Ecclesia. It gave me a greater sense of mission. I liked Shanoa also. I could imagine her being the grand daughter of Hugh Morris (I think that's his name) from Castlevania Circle of the Moon.

  • I think it was Hugh Baldwin. Tragically Shanoa doesn't have a last name, neither did Hector come to think of it... much to my dismay.

  • I think that was his name. I wish I didn't leave my GBA with my friend. He moved and he had HOD as well as AOS. I still have COTM, but I still need my gameboy. Anyways, I guess Castlevania's gameplay (RPG-ness) hasn't changed, which is a vital thing, because I still find it fun one way or another. It's all that makes a difference in the end, as you have so kindly pointed out :) Long live Castlevania :)

  • this doesnt convince me a lot :/

the character kinda looks 2 big for the screen

the colors were really different from others

    and the music seemed like megaman music at a point ;-;

  • Well I can't quite agree, except maybe the color scheme is slightly different because the artwork has changed, but there is no problem with character size. The music was split between our beloved Michiru Yamane & someone whom I've never heard of. His style of music seems to have less melody and more of a jazz feel. I do own many of the Mega Man soundtracks and I don't think there is much similarity overall.

  • yah

    i dont know if its the character or levels smaller or something it just seems weird ;-;

but the music changed quiet a lot

i know it aint like megaan at all what i mea it

its just not the same its like cheerfull in a way and it shouldnt

  • It's funny that you say that because I thought that the music Yuzo Koshiro composed for Portrait of Ruin was too upbeat... overall the DS has had more lively music than Symphony of the Night, I think that's because Yamane-sama is trying to incorporate more musical styles into Castlevania.

  • well yaaaaah

but its just not the same

i feel it doesnt fit in as much

    but ooohh well

it been quite changing a lot

  • I'm pretty sure that she will go darker once again for the 360/ps3 game. But her influence of trance might still be in the soundtrack somewhere. I like it, it gives a metalhead like me a window into electronic music that I wouldn't have checked out otherwise. I'll be honest though, this game just doesn't excite me like Portrait, Aria & Symphony did. And I'm really burnt out on handhelds.

  • Awesome!!!

    I will buy this game!!

    5 Stars!! XD

  • I dunno. I think the protagonist of Order of Ecclesia is hot.

  • This has got to be one of the best Castlevania intro themes... great game too

  • I agree. seems like they used After Effects or a similar App very well.

  • NICE! I've beaten this game 4 times already! 5/5

  • this game is awesome xD best castlevania ever

  • Well I think Symphony of the Night is the best ...yet but i got to play this one ...looks very cool not like Portrait of ruin or Dawn of Sorrow !!!

  • SOTN plays a lot like Super Metroid, whereas this game plays a lot like Super Castlevania and the older Castlevanias

I love that in this game you can enable the original 8bit NES theme to play in the background... awesome.

  • luls it took me long to reply this time ;-;

    luls

well you got a point there

and i hope it really oes darker

    it didnt excite me either

sorry it took me like umm 3 days? xD

  • I didn't realize the protagonist's gender would make for such a hot discussion. I don't see what the big deal is, her sprite looks very much like Charlotte in Portrait of Ruin, and besides, a feminine presence is a refreshing change.

Also, anyone who's played it will realize that you quickly adjust your eyes to focus on the game, what you can interact with, and not the character you play as.

And I gotta say, I like her costume. It's somehow a corset and a backless dress at the same time.

  • Also since playing the game i do enjoy the game-play quite a bit, Also while i wished they had given you the option of playing either a male or female, I have gotten used to the char and overlook the fact that its a female because the game itself is pretty good. Once again Im not sexist I just get more into the game playing it through the eyes of a hero rather than a heroine.

  • I kinda am the same way in that respect, in the part that I do get "more" into a game if I play as a male character. Well really what I might have a problem with the main character is not that if the main character's a she but more what she wears... I can play with a girl as the main character, but I do some gripes when she's a little too "sexy". What I mean by that is when she wears something that shows a little much. It seems that the main character likes to wear something that shows leg.

  • But then again what she wears isn't really all that outrageous or rediculous at all for that matter. It's not nearly as bad as some other games where some of the girls wear something that is just crazy in how showy or revealing their clothes are( I'm completely sure that many of you can think of examples). The main character does seem pretty damn cool tho still personality-wise so thats a big plus. Why I bring this up? There are plenty of games where the girls have bimbo personalities.

  • I know you think that you're not sexist, but what you're sayig is. I love the main char. cause she's awesome and pretty! ^^!

  • what is they use an option just like Castlevania DoS can use Albus or Shanoa but have different stories or an unlock system

  • would be very cool or more LIKE Symphony of the nights !!!!

  • Well at first I was turned off by the fact that the main char is a girl too, mainly because when i play a game i get into it and through the adventures i feel i can connect with another male archetype better than a female one, eg, i feel like I'm the main char going through the dungeon, this is why i play mostly RPG's to play as the role of a fantasy char in a fantasy setting. In real life I can't imagine playing the part of a female it's nothing sexist.

  • El mejor de todos los Castlevania !!!!

  • check out my video of Castlevania Order of Ecclesia gameplay

  • My GOD, I love this game. Shanoa can really kick some.

For me, it doesn't matter if the hero's a boy or a girl. As long as I can kick ass, I'm just fine.

  • With the new DS coming out that will support downloadable stuff from the nintendo shop, let's hope we can play Castlevania SotN on DS. "Fingers Crossed".

  • The hardware isn't going to change, it's just a DS Lite with a few new features. The ability to download games is great, but if they haven't remade SotN on the DS in cart format thus far, I seriously doubt that it would be available for download for many reasons.

  • Wooooot the game comes out tomaro!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yeah but we have to wait until Wednesday here in the styx.

  • That would be so awesome. SotN is the best Casltevania imo.

  • That kind of feat would force designers to lower the resolution, slop up the music, and cut a lot of stuff to lower the game's overall memory. Either that, or the game could span over two cards, but that would require an extraordinary amount of effort from developers. As for memory capabilities, I don't know the DS's technical limitations, so I can't say the highest amount of data that could be stored on just one DS card, although I think the highest they went to was 128 megabytes.

  • Well you would obviously play it from a SD card not the DS cart. In terms of the spects of the DS they would mirror the PSX version but with a few minor differences. DS games has gotten better in quality with the release of games and so forth. If Nintendo wants to make more money they should allow people to buy the games from Wii channel and play it on the new NDS that's coming soon.

  • I know I want to have sex with that girl

  • I also would of liked two characters.

  • Practically every other Castlevania does that, so it's not like you don't have any choice.

  • no Jonathan morris? :((

  • I honestly hated the morris', John sucked in Bloodlines, and Jonathan was a whimpering pussy for the entire first half of PoR, even in the end he did not grow much better. Though I did play as Charlotte for most of that game.

  • I can't say I agree but oh well.

  • Given it's place in the timeline, it's more likely that we'll see Quincy Morris in this game rather than John or Jonathan.

  • 1:54- Aw, great. Just what we need: ANOTHER giant enemy crab. -_-

But who cares?! I'm so hyped about this game..

  • I can't think of one instance when they've used crabs in Castlevania.

  • about 12 days until the game's release

  • The first time I watched this, I got freaked out bcuz of the blood. But now I don't really care. 5* Awesome, just Awesome

  • A handful of Castlevania games do have blood in them, most especially a certain boss fight in Lament of Innocence...

  • Shanoa looks like Alicia from Bullet Witch.

  • She does, in a good way.

  • lol did you notice that the "hurt" animation of Shanoa is also from Charlotte? Oh, and i've also heard you can play as Albus after and event in the game lol... oh yeah and to those people out there who keep complaining about the graphics, Screw you, shut up.

  • Couldn't give a shit about the graphics. Castlevania games are best in 2D anyway. RULES.

  • Amen to that

  • I totally agree with you.

  • The diehard in me still wants to see a great 3D game, and really there is no reason that it couldn't have been done already. Mario, Zelda and Metroid all made the jump to 3D without flinching.

  • Who's complaining about the graphics? These are the best 2D graphics I've seen for both Castlevania, and the DS.

  • lots of people complain about the graphics for some reason >_>;; don't ask me why

  • 7 more days till Castlevania Order of Ecclesia comes out!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hey yeah, I just now noticed that, She DOES look like her...ironyyyyyyy.

  • Ah Alpha, we think the same way!

  • Shanoa kinda resembles Xena the warrior princess to me... Dunno why.

  • I want it.

  • you know that man right there? the japanese one in a cowboy hat? HES A GAWD

  • He had a sluggish re-start, but he gets better with each game.

  • You seem well informed about this game. Could you tell me if, on the DS touch pad, you have to touch either her right arm, left arm, or back designs, or if they just appear randomly.

  • I don't think that this game uses the touch screen at all.

  • I see, I can understand that if you needed to use it for all the magic it would get really hard. Thanks for the info too

  • I think people thought that the touch screen use in Dawn of Sorrow was too gimmicky, and rather than play the whole game with the touch screen, Iga opted just not to use it at all (except for sisters mode in Portrait of Ruin).

  • 1:35 SOTN REMAKE!!!! The level I mean.

  • It's similar, but it's not exactly the same. Have no fear.

  • True true just saying anyway.

  • I want this game to be big in terms of cartridge, not a game that you can complete easily in less than 12 hours with 100% like Dawn of Sorrow!

  • Also! To all the MFs around who dont want the MC to be a girl, I suggest to you, go count dicks then ^^! Sonia Belmont and Shanoa FTW!

  • I actually liked Sonia, and probably would have liked to see her in Castlevania Resurrection (the canceled Dreamcast game). Regardless, I know she's been removed from the timeline... but that doesn't mean that she isn't Trevor Belmont's mother anymore (although Alucard is certainly not the father, ugh). Iga-san admits to disliking Castlevania Legends, but maybe he could revive Sonia at another place in the timeline or something.

  • Shanoa does look awesome, like the female version of Alucard.

  • Well they've improved the storage capacity of a DS "cart" to the point where it could probably play a good quality movie all the way through, so it's very possible that this game will be the longest Castlevania for DS, if you count sub-quests and all that though.

  • the dracula face in this game looks awesome.

  • What, we don't get to play as the gunslinger guy?

  • Maye after you beat the game, but I think it will just be a quick run like Richter or Julius mode in other games.

  • AMAZING¡¡¡

  • hey seem to be trying a lot of new things with this one, so I hope it is amazing.

  • Hey, curse of darkness was a great 3d castlevania game. Maybe you couldn't really do the sidescroller high jumping, but you could do tons of weapon combos and the weapon forging was fun. You could even control demonic minions, who doesn't want to do that.

  • I still like that game, but the level designs left a lot to be desired (not to mention that they are graphically worse than Lament of Innocence). In fact I have a lot of nit picks about the game, but all together they add up. If it's true that Konami will not allow Igarashi a sizable budget to make the game that he really wants to make, then they are making a lousy impression (and a huge mistake) to Castlevania fans on his behalf.

  • I've always wondered what happened after the ending of Castlevania: SotN. I'm assuming that the best ending in the game, the one where Maria runs after Alucard, is the canonical one. While a great game, I felt the ending was a little inconclusive. Unlike other Castlevania games where the Belmont defeats Dracula and that was the end of it, SotN has that extra part that leaves things open for question. I wonder if they'll ever do anything about that. Just something to think about I guess.

  • Yes i know what you mean. What if they mad a Sequel ? or something like that...

  • It's been talked about, but don't hold your breath. Canonically this is the next game.

  • i can't wait for this awesome game ^^

i have completed every other castlevania games, and even tested many of the fan made games...and i'm a person that collects 100 % on everything in these games *D

  • lol, i can't wait for this game either, although it is still a bit dissapointing how Portrait of Ruin's idea of having 2 characters had so much potential. i think castlevania judgement, however is a disgrace to the series, it just seems like another Mortal Kombat...

  • Defienetely !! ^^

I think the challenge in Portrait of Ruin was more difficult than the previous castlevania games on the DS and GBA...since circle of the moon , somehow i think that game was pretty difficult ^=]. Anyhow Judgment doesn't seem very good T_T

    The character designs especially.

  • I think they will use the 2 character thing again, but I think that Igarashi really wanted to try something different this time.

As for Judgment, I'll still get it but I think Iga is hoping for a lot of luck. Even the fighting engine sounds simple, and it doesn't seem like there are a lot of extras like most fighters have. First of all his feelings about the Wii remote are wrong, as I have a lot of action/adventure games for the Wii and I never get tired playing them.

  • huh... the only thing i heard abou8t 2 characters is there's a part of which you can choose form 3 glyphs, choosing 1 will result in Shanoa going "Dracula" and you play as Albus... but perhaps in a future games...

eh, i still don't really like the change in Castlevania's gameplay, it still does seem just like a Mortal Kombat (never been a fan of fighting games, save a few)

  • Well, I'm still interested in seeing who the other characters are. But only 14 seems like a small roster, then again I'd rather not have all 8 Belmonts in one game. As for the gameplay just from watching it it looks more like Power Stone meets Super Smash Bros. rather than Mortal Kombat, (and I won't even mention that new one) but I haven't played enough fighters to say for sure.

  • Honestly, I hate the fact that there are only going to be 14 characters, and from what I know (Draccy, Alucard, Maria, Death, Shanoa, Simon), I'm not looking forward to it so much. I mean, I would love to play as the secondary characters that I never got to play (Maxim, Julius), though they have their own playthroughs. Speaking of the latter (Julius) I want them to make a game of his vampire slaying story, seeming there was a big war in his journey.

  • Good to have you as a fellow Castlevania fan!

  • I have always liked the castlevania music

  • why do we have a Crab and a Lobster as bosses?? that wud be like fighting a Wolf and then fighting a Dog. boring

  • With all do respect, everyone complains about the Castlevania team reusing enemies from previous games, but then when they create new ones that's not good enough? These enemies aren't that dissimilar from those fought in Contra games, Contra III in fact introduced the vicious enemy... dogs! But the game is still a classic, as this will be. Trouncing on creativity in the game industry is killing off good gaming as far as I'm concerned.

  • i dont care if they re use enemies. my favorite enemie is Death and hes in every game. i just have a problem with them puting two similar bossed in the game, specialy in this new one. and its dumn how people are saying that this is the first Castlevania game with a female hero. WRONG Castlevania Legends was

  • You're right about the latter anyway, but there aren't too many fans of Castlevania Legends. And those who do like it consider it inferior to previous games.

    *Spoiler*

Plus it's a bit controversial in suggesting that Alucard fathered the Belmont clan with Sonia. Interesting idea, but it doesn't make much sense.

  • its getting harder to understand Castlevania. ive been a fan since i played it on the NES when i was 10. they always change the story some how and they add new charecters instead of using the Belmonts. i recently heard that they took Castlevania Circle of the moon out of the Castlevania time line. they cant keep the story straight

  • Overall I think that they're trying to expand the universe. The foundation will always be Belmont vs. Dracula... but all those stories have been told and retold, coming up with something new each time is how the series has maintained a following over the years. Circle & the N64 games were taken out of the timeline because they side stories to begin with. Legends was removed because it changed and retold CV3, and didn't make sense as a result. I hope one day that I can explain the timeline.

  • i know that the story has been retold several times, but i wish they wud have just stuck with the charecters they came up with in the newer games. like in Circle of the moon, Nathan Graves was great, and the storie to the game was by far one of my favorites. it was new and so were his powers with the DSS cards i wish they wud have made a second game to it but since it has been removed from time line, i guess it will never happend. i wish they wud make a game were you play as an actual belmont

  • They did that with Harmony of Dissonance & Lament of Innocence, but it didn't turn out too well. But maybe Igarashi is taking the family for granted regarding what they can and can't do.

  • i thot HOD was a great game but i was disapointed by the music. out of all the hand held games i think Circle of the Moon has had the best music. another thing is the Graphics for HOD was kinda Blury and trippy but still it was a fun game. as for Lament of Innocence Castlevania had never been succsesful at 3D" as said in the video" i think the best 3D Castlevania game has been Curse of darkness and it still wasnt that great of a game. i honestly want a remake for the DS. how about Blood Lines?

  • I agree HoD's music wasn't very fun to listen to, and the characters look weird. CotM had good music, (although not many original songs) but the control was awkward at times. I think that Aria of Sorrow struck a balance between the two that worked very well.

If they had been more creative with the level design in 3D, most of those two PS2 game's problems would have been resolved. 2D remakes would make a lot of sense for both now. Bloodlines will probably hit the Virtual Console first.

  • yes the charecters looked like they were glowing and the background looked really weird, you almost felt like you were ganna have a seizure. AOS is my 2nd favorite from the GBA games, the music was desent, the story line was a bit strage but good.

im a huge castlevania fan, but i hated Lament of Innocence, its way too easy to get lost in the game and i want impresed with the wips at all, the wips looked bettr in the hand held games! i think that a remake of Bloodlines for the DS wud be great

  • i personally think that the entrance song in hod was good. especially during the credits when they have that nice orchestral version. i hoipe that someday they make a more traditional castlevania. the innovation in the series is nice, but i want a belmont dammit lol. i like when they expand the series into many different character stories but when are they going to reveal the 1999 julius belmont vs dracula? i want to see a younger julius kick some ass.

  • i like the fact that this castlevania for the ds isnt going to be animeish!

  • yeah, good thing they dropped the anime style, it just doesn't suit castlevania

  • I can't wait!!!

  • cool at last a castlevenia main character girl i think you can patner up with oder character

  • that intro was stupid as hell. just sliding pictures. AND WHY does IGA still not use Ayami Kojima for the DS Castlevanias? at least the characters look better then the horrible anime ones

  • It's supposed to be stylistic, but it's not Anime. I mean, you can't have it both ways. This artwork is too detailed to be animated as is, but the only other intro method I could think of is CG... but that wouldn't match up with the game. Konami overall looks at the numbers, Castlevania sales have quadrupled since the last GBA game with Ayami Kojima's artwork, and Iga is aiming at younger players to reach new audiences on the DS.

  • to me the intro looks very good, and i like this kind of artwork a lot

i was getting tired of ayami kojima, she's wonderful

but using her always gets tiring

shanoa is an excellent adittion to the series

  • i know, it looks like a gay slide show, anyone with a computer can acomplish that. it doesnt even look exiting. i love castlevania but im not too crazy over this

  • really? it seems fun to me... judgment on the other hand seems just like another Mortal Kombat... and it's not about the graphic, it's about the gameplay and storyline.

  • im sure that this game is ganna be prety good, its just some samll changes that disapoint me. like ther isnt a double jump in this game theres that spear jump thing. to me it looks boring, especialy since its in every boss room. and the way MP is used for everything and how it refills to fast, i hope the next game has a Belmont lead charecter

  • hmm... i see your point...

  • You mean gripping on to things with that one power? It looks interesting to me, it's used to reach new areas, avoid enemy attacks and I think you can slingshot yourself to much higher places. I thought bouncing on the other character's head in Portrait of Ruin was weird, but it's actually helpful if you want to conserve MP. Speaking of which, since it refills so fast, it reminds me of Secret of Mana, where you had to wait to attack again with 100% power. Surprisingly, I got used to that system.

  • I'd only wish for a belmont as a lead character if this belmont were't only limited to whips.

  • same here! ive been wanting a belmont charecter for a wile. but with more wepons. i love the wips but i also want swords and more magic items

  • I don't see how it's gay since most of it's about Shanoa looking cool & (damn sexy) killing monsters. Still it's only the intro. If it were me I'd have animated cut scenes through the whole game, but what matters is the gameplay.

  • its not as exciting as the opening for Dawn of sarrow or Portrait of ruin. i think those have been the Best! alot of poeple have complained that it looks childish because of the Anime style, i kinda agree with that but i still like it better. for the next game i think they shud have a CGI opening like Final fantasy 3 DS did. wudnt that be cool??

  • I,for one,am looking forward to playing as a female character(despite being a guy). I simply cant wait for this game. And, could I join you in enjoying those "screams of delight"? lol You are my hero for that.

  • lol That was in response to a guy who was complaining that Shanoa was too old and not sexy. Creepy person, but I couldn't disagree with him more.

  • Oh god no. I really get into the Castlevania games. Like, more than the average Joe should. This game is just contributing to my addiction. Fall is to far away.

  • Hopefully they don't change the release date again, a September release is actually fairly early.

  • this castlevania game looks really good and im glad to see a female lead for once. i do like the fact that she is hot but not in a slutty or skanky way. she is hot cause she is beautiful and she can kick ass.

  • Agreed, and to take that point even further... she's kind of scary lol. But that's intriguing to me.

  • Yep. 2D CV is where it is at. Really, 3D is impossible unless they can turn it into a scale that would rival Kingdom hearts (THAT is big).

  • It doesn't seem like such a difficult task from our point of view, but KH and other games have much better level designs than the last couple 3D Castlevanias.

  • BALTHIER!

  • EXACTLY!

  • Whaaa?

  • The dude with the gun looks like balthier from Final fantasy XII

  • I'm lost. Huh?

  • It's nice that they still make these games with this classic type of gameplay and graphics.

Last console game I played was portrait of ruin, 1½ year ago almost. I'm just not motivated to play todays games, but these 2d castlevania are exceptions.

  • I feel somewhat similar, but the pressure is there to keep tabs on the new technology. I'm not sure if that's politically correct, I think people can play games any way that they wish. Owning a Wii is kind of a cop-out for me though since the motion sensing is new, but the graphics aren't much better than Xbox. Ideas like MegaMan 9 get me all geeked out for sure though.

  • Huh?
