you are one solid looking mesomorph, and you can really manage those high poundages. good job! btw, how tall are you? cause you look huge for being only 160 lbs. (i was the scrawniest kid around at 160)
Getting that kind of body is not hard at all. The hardest part is gaining muscle. Fat loss is amazingly easy - quit eating high amounts of carbs. My brother cut his carb intake to under 100 a day and in a month he went from 240 to about 215 without loosing muscle. I'm sure the guy in the video did that same thing. It really isn't hard to get ripped like that. Putting on the muscle takes forever though.
@meyerlifts For some losing fat is easy and for some not so much. I never dropped my carbs below 220g, so never assume there is one cookie cutter diet that works for all.
@BUSthrowie hes only Five feet. Never impresses me when short guys work out, trying being 6'2 and ad muscle. These little guys get to enjoy eating half of what I have to eat.
@shlongface100 Your logic is totally flawed, the reason smaller guys have easier times gaining is there muscle structure/body structure (endo, mesmo usually)
Alot taller guys are ectomorphs, your just an ectomorph, so of course your going to have a harder time
@LifeBodybuilding MSG in your protien power is messing up your brain, you just explain to yourself (if you understand it) why short people add muscale easier. I'm 6 inchs taller than you and a 100 pounds heavier and have to eat between 250 and 300 grams of protien to maintain this size, you on the other hand maybe eat what 200 grams. Shorter stucture less area of bone to cover. Not logic but FACT.
man that first pic of you is obviously created through a diet consisting of large amounts of nutrient dense food such as proteins, fats and carbs with the emphasis on as much calories as possible. no way you ate anything and everything to get that body.
@bigbobabc123 You have to remember I have been in the gym for 25 years and I sure did build a good foundation, but after I retired in 2006 I was eating a shitload of fast foods, pizza, sweets and what not which does have the protein, carbs and fats you are talking about. So, I would say I was eating anything and everything. The bottom line is yeah...I had already attained my physique underneath all that fat I had to lose. I never claimed to have built that physique in 12 weeks LOL!
Looking Great man! =) Started Natural bodybuilding almost a year ago, Im planning to do my first competition in june/july. Awsome job man! Don't let anyone take that away from you!
Dude great job,i been a natural bodybuilder for over 20 years and look better as i get older....weird but true. The haters have nothing, just remember that, anyone who has positives happening in their lives don't sit home in mommies basement and put down other peoples efforts. As for steroids, yes that word is sooooo loosely used for anyone in decent shape.Guys in prison are jacked and they have no access to steroids....so the little haters can maybe ponder on that one for a moment.
its so shocking how everybody that is so used to seeing an obese person that when they see someone that takes care of themselves they always through out the word steroids. thats their excuse when they are fat bastards who get motivated by the biggest loser tv show. i cant say this guy is or isnt on steroids but just because someone is in shape doesnt mean they HAVE to be on steroids. you can get in shape naturally and its not all that hard. cut off the fat ass food and go for a walk people
To all the individuals who had nice things to say, Thank you! I really do appreciate the support. This video was about 1/2 way into my prep last year and I was about 175lbs. My final competing weight was 160 lbs. Bodybuilding is a sport with many illusions! Oh yeah to jeremylastrep, my back is just fine. When doing hyperextensions my main focus is pulling with my hams/glutes so the hitch at the top, I just don't feel it and it does not bother me. To each his own!
hay man awesome transformtion really inspires me to keep pushing myself to be better...can i ask what supps u take? still trying to find the oes tht work best for me...cheers keep up the good work
i like when he lays back into the top end of that hyper and blows out his lumbar, its always good to switch the movement from muscular to vertibrate with bad form.
wooow you are the second one i see getting a good body and working heavy good job you guys are bodybuilder not other ones who cheat by using steriods.
well, search tuan tran, he look like he should weight like 200 on his bodybuilding season, but his only 165-175 ;D, they look bigger cuz there muscle size is huge. and there cut
I am happy for you... great job man, you worked really hard and it def pays off.... With that being said.... I cannot wait to start my cycle. Happy lifting, wish you all the best.
