1. Making Takfir of other Muslims.

2. Renouncing obedience to the leader or government.

3. Declaring the blood of other Muslims lawful to spill.

We don't deny (the proper shar'eeah-based) Jihad, we deny the 'fasad' Awlaki and his kind spread, which results in the destruction and killing in Muslim lands and the shedding of the blood of innocents. @TheJavido Dude, there is no Khilafah without Tawheed (i.e. until the land is purified of Shirk - worshipping others besides Allah). We don't call to Khilafah (an innovation), we call to Tawheed and warn against Shirk. When Tawheed is established, Allah rewards us by giving us Khilafah, see Surah Nur:55. You live in India, give daw'ah to the Hindus, who worship idols, and the 'Muslim' grave-worshippers.

@TheJavido He is not 'a shaheed'. By the way, it is not permissible to call someone a shaheed without the 'istithna' (exception - i.e. saying 'shaheed, in sha Allah'). By stating someone is shaheed, you are saying they are definitely in Jannah. Nobody knows who is in Jannah/Nar, except Allah.

@TheJavido Alhamdolillah, at least you corrected yourself. I can't go back to America. I leave in the UK and I've never travelled to America, and nor do I intend to. You asked, where is the Jihad?  Ask the Scholars, as Allah said: "So ask Ahlul-Dhikr (the 'Ulamah), if you don't know." The Scholars in our time are the likes of: Shaykh Salih al-Fawzan, Shaykh 'Abdul Muhsin al-Abbad, Shaykh 'Abdul 'Aziz aalush-Shaykh, Shaykh Rabee' bin Hadi and many other, hafidhaumuallah.

This is a common misconception taht he has little knowledge, however the contrary is true. He has been given a great amount of ijaza from many reputable scholars in various concepts including Quran, Sciences of Quran, Hadith, Sciences of Hadith, Tafsir , Fiqh, Usool Fiqh and Arabic. The isnaads he used included the higest in the world. On top of this some of his ijaza was given by blessed scholars who were descendants of the prophet of Allah.
