Climbing and reach-ups are definitely the most useful. They're usually the variations I use besides the standard pull-ups when I workout. And they're great for parkour upper-body strength training

Awesome video...those reach ups were great. I'm going to have to try those, they look like they would help train for 1 arm pull ups.
