i dont like wearing them during skool cuz i talk funny and i hate taking them out in front of everyone when i have to eat. its so annoying. ever since ive gotton them i havent worn them at skool for 2 days nd i put them bak in when i get home. after watchin this ima wear my retainer 24/7

just got my retainers today. (: im happy to have my braces off! and i was thinking i could get away with not wearing them 24/7 like my orthodontist said.. id like to only have to wear them at night (:
I wouldent do that wear them like you are supposed to now I did that at first then I got lazy and took them out some days for part of the day and then I decided I better wear them all the time and it paid off becuase now I dont have to wear it except at night, Now if you go out somewhere where you dont want to have to worry about them and you know you are going to be home that night I would just leave them out that day, because a day or two isnt going to mess your teeth up.
you really should wear them. i know it sounds geeky and everything, but if you don't wear them 24/7 ur teeth will move and u'll have to get the braces again.
