@mrsassoodi Just start with the same workouts he is doing. Superburpees, Mountain climbers, and Squat jumps. This is similar to what wrestlers have to do. Just start at 10. Do 10 superburpees then 10 mountains, but go with a count of 3. 1 2 3, 1 1 2 3, 2 like that. Then do Sqaut jumps 10. Then go back to doing superburpees but now do 9 then 9 mc's then 9 sj's. It is a great way for beginners to start off this way still tiring not 100 but it's very effective. Try it and lmk how it goes.

Afterburn is triggered by doing intense exercises for short periods of time, resting for a short while (perhaps 30 to 60 seconds), and then reaching a high intensity once again. (and Repeating) The m100 is an intense exercise and can burn many calories, but to truly take advantage of it: Do it once, rest, and then do it again >:D For example, notice how Mike Chang's latest workouts involve resting in between sets.
@zyosgaming Aerobic here - but it can easily turn into an anaerobic exercise simply by increasing your pace - that's the whole point of it, to be honest.

@russellbr8k I think that's a good amount, and you could even add jogging after. Just make sure you get in days of rest, and that you're eating a healthy diet. I'm sure you'll have better abs in no time.
Mike and Dave im 15 and have six pack abs and chest geneticaly but i lost my abs like 1 year ago but a managed to get it back thank to cardio and good diet. Youre amazing for uploading those videos best cardio workout o ever seen. Keep on with the good work ty
@zotaaxHD this is a great workout if you cant run for that day. For optimum total body fitness, running is a must. PM me if you want good running tips. But personally i'll do this workout if i didnt have time to run that day, great cardio/leg workout, but nothing totally substitutes running.

@happycburger2 i can tell u it was the hardest exercise i've ever done, i was in pain and my head was dizzy but with determination i pulled it through... but the thing is now that i know the real length of the m-100s it's awesome how fast i can do it :D
@KurdishFaris whenever you have time. they say do it in the morning because thats when your metabolism will peak the highest but you can do this workout whenever you have time. just be sure to finish, its a GREAT workout :))

I have been watching and doing most of your videos and i just did this workout for the first time and i am knackered! All the sprints and fitness drills i have done in rugby don't come close to this.
My legs hurt after about doing the cycle ONCE. I'm not even tired but my legs get tired which prevents me from completing the workout!! Dammit! I'm angry at my legs lol. Pissing me off.

ohhhhh nevermind I get it now your doing 100 of each workout eventually your just breaking it up into small sets so you can jump from one to the other quickly.
I don't understand, your doing ten, then 19-20 then 10 again. I know you keep repeating but when exactly do you know when you hit 100 reps?, how do you count your reps when your doing this? what do you consider one rep? I don't know if your counting one rep of each work out as one rep or what? But I really wanna do this workout it looks fun and I also train jiu jitsu and I'm absolutely obsessed with it so if this can make my jiu jitsu better I wanna try it.

hey mike, this is my workout and and i want to hear what you think about it. in the morning i go run about 1.5 miles, then i go punch a heavy bag for a little, then finish with the M100s. Will this get me in shape by summer. i am 6'1'' and i weight 201lbs.
@EdwardJamesTorres hey im an mma fighter, i run 5 miles and punching bag and routine circuit training. The M100 will get you in shape, but it burns lots of calories and muscle. I would recommend doing some weight lifting during the days off and do weights not too heavy, but not too light. Because I used to do that, i felt stronger and quicker but i lose body mass in muscle. Yes you will definitly lose weight and it should get you in shape.

@delacruzber YES! ME TOO!!! I have begun this training 2 weeks ago. For the 1st time, I was so surprised because I was short of breath just after 1 set. And the most out of expectation is, my feet was damn pain, it seems like after a full-day hiking and need a lot of time to recover. Fortunately I keep doing this everyday, and get used. It's come from the Squat Jump. When doing SJ, we'd use the inner muscle of the feet which is not commonly use, keep going and you will be fine after 3 or 4 days.

@VINCEeverSINCE I am have been working out for years and what i figured out is that if you do this type of exercises every day than you will lose a massive amout of fat and get ripped over time. However if you are also aiming to gain muscles then you should not do these exercises every day because your body will try to get rid of this extra weight aswell and building up muscles will be much harder. I am doing my workout before dinner, for dinner i eat a lot of eggwhite so my muscles can use them
I'm also a 4th degree black belt in Jiu Jitsu and Judo and I have seen routines like these but they seem to only build my endurance and body strength but I don't burn body fat, this one works!

@Ninjakeeper69 Well ok, i would say try to do your best to do the M100. You can do it about twice a week. You dont want to burn out your muscles. The other days do weight lifting, nothing too heavy but just to stimulate your body. Time yourself. Beleive after like one week your time and stamina will improve. I say do it for about 2 months twice a week and your body fat Will go down tremendously.
@Neji4681 well, I've already been doing weights, and I'm pretty fit, i played soccer for years. my body fat is probably less than 20%, but thats what my home scale says. not a reliable source XD. I do weights 3 times a week, so you think I should do some cardio stuff 2 or 3 times a week?
@Ninjakeeper69 Damn, I played soccer too! I would say take turns with 2 or 3 times a week. So one week do it twice and the next do it three times. The reason why is because I did it like 4-6 days a week and i endend losing weight and body fat but i lost alot of muscle mass. Like my legs, arms, and calves were too small. I was trying to gain 30lbs of muscle and ended losing 10lbs and lost my muscle that I work 3 months to get. I'm not saying this routine is dangerous, but dont overwork yourself.
@Ninjakeeper69 Learn from my mistake and dont waste time. You will get alot more endurance and stronger. This really is a full body workout. It also helps build muscle, but too much with weight lifting will make you lose muscle and possibly hurt yourself.

@Ninjakeeper69 I would say do only one set. Just make that one set quicker and stronger. Then after about 3 weeks do two sets. Do them together, you get a better workout if you do it all at once, then spreading out because your body doesnt stimulate your muscles long enough to get stronger

My legs hurt after about doing the cycle ONCE. I'm not even tired but my legs get tired which prevents me from completing the workout!! Dammit! I'm angry at my legs lol. Pissing me off.

@ShenderTheHobit, if you want to loose weight fast you can do it every day because it won't rip your muscle like lifting weight which mean you won't need to rest as much. And it won't make you lose muscle with complete burpees et and good squats. And if you want to loose weight don't lift weight, use your own weight by doing chin up, push ups ...

I don't understand, your doing ten, then 19-20 then 10 again. I know you keep repeating but when exactly do you know when you hit 100 reps?, how do you count your reps when your doing this? what do you consider one rep? I don't know if your counting one rep of each work out as one rep or what? But I really wanna do this workout it looks fun and I also train jiu jitsu and I'm absolutely obsessed with it so if this can make my jiu jitsu better I wanna try it.

hey mike, this is my workout and and i want to hear what you think about it. in the morning i go run about 1.5 miles, then i go punch a heavy bag for a little, then finish with the M100s. Will this get me in shape by summer. i am 6'1'' and i weight 201lbs.

@EdwardJamesTorres hey im an mma fighter, i run 5 miles and punching bag and routine circuit training. The M100 will get you in shape, but it burns lots of calories and muscle. I would recommend doing some weight lifting during the days off and do weights not too heavy, but not too light. Because I used to do that, i felt stronger and quicker but i lose body mass in muscle. Yes you will definitly lose weight and it should get you in shape.

Looks very easy... but it's not ;D I couldn't finish it even when I was doing it slow. It's high intensity cardio so won't it burn my muscle ? Coz I don't want that.

@delacruzber YES! ME TOO!!! I have begun this training 2 weeks ago. For the 1st time, I was so surprised because I was short of breath just after 1 set. And the most out of expectation is, my feet was damn pain, it seems like after a full-day hiking and need a lot of time to recover. Fortunately I keep doing this everyday, and get used. It's come from the Squat Jump. When doing SJ, we'd use the inner muscle of the feet which is not commonly use, keep going and you will be fine after 3 or 4 days.

@VINCEeverSINCE I am have been working out for years and what i figured out is that if you do this type of exercises every day than you will lose a massive amout of fat and get ripped over time. However if you are also aiming to gain muscles then you should not do these exercises every day because your body will try to get rid of this extra weight aswell and building up muscles will be much harder. I am doing my workout before dinner, for dinner i eat a lot of eggwhite so my muscles can use them

I'm also a 4th degree black belt in Jiu Jitsu and Judo and I have seen routines like these but they seem to only build my endurance and body strength but I don't burn body fat, this one works!

@Ninjakeeper69 Well ok, i would say try to do your best to do the M100. You can do it about twice a week. You dont want to burn out your muscles. The other days do weight lifting, nothing too heavy but just to stimulate your body. Time yourself. Beleive after like one week your time and stamina will improve. I say do it for about 2 months twice a week and your body fat Will go down tremendously.

@Neji4681 well, I've already been doing weights, and I'm pretty fit, i played soccer for years. my body fat is probably less than 20%, but thats what my home scale says. not a reliable source XD. I do weights 3 times a week, so you think I should do some cardio stuff 2 or 3 times a week?

@Ninjakeeper69 Damn, I played soccer too! I would say take turns with 2 or 3 times a week. So one week do it twice and the next do it three times. The reason why is because I did it like 4-6 days a week and i endend losing weight and body fat but i lost alot of muscle mass. Like my legs, arms, and calves were too small. I was trying to gain 30lbs of muscle and ended losing 10lbs and lost my muscle that I work 3 months to get. I'm not saying this routine is dangerous, but dont overwork yourself.

@Ninjakeeper69 Learn from my mistake and dont waste time. You will get alot more endurance and stronger. This really is a full body workout. It also helps build muscle, but too much with weight lifting will make you lose muscle and possibly hurt yourself.

@Neji4681 thanks for the advice man. ill start doing this 2 or 3 times a week, along with my weight training. I dont think ill hurt myself, im not pumping weights, its more for toning. I'll let you know how I go :) also, do you think I should do more than one set? so like, do 100, rest then go again. or do it 2 or 3 times over the course of the whole day?

@Ninjakeeper69 I would say do only one set. Just make that one set quicker and stronger. Then after about 3 weeks do two sets. Do them together, you get a better workout if you do it all at once, then spreading out because your body doesnt stimulate your muscles long enough to get stronger
