  • 1:16 dude you can scratch your table, put something behind.

  • in soviet russia, pcbs make you!

  • JumperoneTV......its very interesting and wonderful to do at home this kind of PCB....i think i have to say bye...bye....my PCB importer. lol...

  • I've tested this method with different paper. In my opinion paper from new Time and Newsweek works better. Try to buy a new magazine whose pages have not been touched.

A very glossy paper will do harm to your toner.

  • @ranamuhammadatif yeah, I guess I'll try it sometime.

  • F*** acetone!!! Use nitro paint thinner!

  • I use canon lbp-430W and glossy paper from magazines, calendar... :D

    Working great for me.

  • Oh and also where can I get that copper covered board and ferric chloride?

  • Are u using ink jet printer or a laser printer?

  • nice looking rotary dremel type tool you got there at 7:10

can i ask what brand / make it is?

  • so do you have non-color laser printer? and you use inkjet photo paper? i read on the internet that it can damage your printer when using ink jet photo paper with laser printers. i bought samsung ml 1674 non-color laser printer and i dont want to ruin it.

  • @lartti83 If you concerned about your printer - don't use the toner transfer method then. Anyways, my printer feels just fine. But don't take my word for it.

  • @JumperOneTV the printer cost only 59 euros and i really want to make my own PCBs so think i'll take that risk. can you tell me the model of your printer so i can compare it to my printer.

  • @lartti83 I've got Samsung ML-2015

  • what is this paper name that u print pcb layout?

  • @kilipanjang It's Lomond single-sided glossy inkjet photo paper. 120g/m2

  • I really need to know what kind of drill that is, please let me know!!!

  • @DeadlySinzzz Please, look in comments. I already answered this question twice on my website and once here.

  • @JumperOneTV ahh i see, sorry!!! Thanks for replying again though!!!!

  • you should use gloves to handle ferric cloride ?

  • @danielhl22 yes!

  • i like this video. as you said it doesnt do much. but it does work. good pcb. i wipe my copper with ferric chloride, then dip it in water and wipe with alcohol. the i iron my print onto the copper. i can honestly say i have never had a bad board yet.

  • @this2is1retarded At least that's better than chalk and blackboard :)

  • Great video!! A few tips that could be helpful: For cleaning the copper, use pumice rubbing powder to remove corrosion. I have never had good luck with irons. Instead, I use a laminator, and it works very well for me. Also, instead of a FeCl3 bath, I use a gloved hand with a sponge to gently rub FeCl3(aq) on the board. It works quickly and uses much less of the etchant.

  • @duckythescientist thanks for the tips! need to try that.

  • best tutorial i've seen so far thanks

  • what is the drill's name ???

  • @prayag123456789 that's DIY drill I've made from parts that I bought on local market.

  • @JumperOneTV Can u do a tutorial on how to make one ???

  • @prayag123456789 There's no need to. I just bought motor and drill chuck separately and drill is ready. You can look on ebay for something similar.

  • Great vid. Can I use inkjet printer or need to be laiser printer? Thanks

  • @xanokothe No, only laser printer! Because of properties of the toner.

  • How do you dispose of used ferric chloride? obviously you can't just pour it down sink/toilet cos it'll dissolve the pipes.

  • @simontay1984 Good question! For now I just store used ferric chloride solution, which no longer works in plastic bottles. I guess I'll just need to buy sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide and use it to neutralize ferric chloride solution.

  • are we using normal paper or any special paper for this printing........plz tell

  • @electrojanoo you can use any single-sided glossy paper you can find. It can be glossy paper from Staples or for example I use Lomond single-sided glossy inkjet photo paper. Even paper from magazines will do, but results aren't so good. 120 g/m2 or higher density will do.

  • @JumperOneTV Thanks dude 4 rly, just I was having a doubt of using photo paper, soon I will be trying it with canon photo paper. I hope it works........... may be today it self.

  • Verry verry nice, good vid.

  • Awesome tutorial! Make more please!
