Gotta love everyone saying stuff about Kurt Cobain here..but I agree, if there ever was a movie to be made about Cobain's life, then I certainly wouldn't mind this guy playing him. He could easily pull off the looks and, more importantly, I'm sure he would be able to do him justice in terms of acting. In any way, he's a lot better than all the other suggestions of people to play Cobain I've heard before (Zac Effron??!! Jared Leto?? Robert Sparkly Pattinson??!!)

If you're lucky enough to have a cable provider that offers IFC Festival Direct On Demand, I believe it is still available that way. (I do not, but luckily my bf does.) Short of one of the extremely few screenings or a festival, that's the only way to see it. I can't even find a torrent, and believe me, I have tried. It's a fantastic movie, though.

It is good and really has nothing to do with Kurt at all. I mean its just the general idea of the club. If youre going to say it has something to do with him, then you might as well say that it has something to do with Hendrix and Morrison and Joplin and everyone else who died at 27. It has nothing to do with them. Its a story all its own and I recommend you watch it.

well the story is definitely different but joe anderson's does look a lot like kurt. i haven't seen the movie to judge whether the characters are more similar than disheveled rock stars.
