@metromatician I thought that Modern Warfare's story was pretty good. I mean, characters like Price, Soap, and Ghost (along with Sgt. Foley, Cpl. Dunn, and Ramirez for me personally) are just as beloved as Master Chief these days. Modern Warfare's story is just largely based on betrayals.

Makarov's plot to turn Russia against the U.S. was cool. Shepherds betrayal was cool. They set off a fuckin' nuke, killing Paul Jackson in CoD4. It's not THAT bad...
