I have a theory as to why mety always appears on top of tall things. It's probably because in thruth, meta knight ain't all that tall. After all he is pretty much the same species as Kirby and we all know how tiny that guy is. Same reason he wears a mask. He's cute and he knows it, so he puts on a mask to look more intimidating.

I believe that this has something to do with the entirety of the show. It's common knowledge that Fumu is a complete know-it-all, while everyone else is usually clueless as to what's going on, aside from Sir Meta Knight, of course. Though it's true Sir Meta Knight is a valorous swordsman, it would seem to me that he believes Fumu is capable of doing a better job dealing with... Whatever's happening. I haven't seen that episode, though, so I'm not sure.

I know. It's a pity that the first version I saw was the dubbed one, so I kinda decided that I hated that show. Then on one of my trips to Japan, I saw the fireworks episode and decided to give the original version a try. Now I love it!
