@Silvestris420 You don't hunt do you? Otherwise you would have know that if the shot was off to the left, then move then move the gun over to the right, don't keep aiming at the same spot. And if he was a "good" hunter, he would have gotten his gun zeroed before he brought it into the woods.

@mglandrover Anyone with half a mind zeros their gun before they get to the stand. It must be zeroed with the same ammo you'll be hunting with for blah blah yards. The thing is getting the sights knocked out of zero while going to or getting in the stand. He didnt know his gun was off zero. First shot off could have been a number of variables, second shot off tells you the sights are off, just a question of how far they are off and you're taking a complete random guess where the third will hit.

Reminds me of the time I shot a deer 3 times (and hit all 3 times) and it keep acting as if nothing was wrong. I traced the blood trail 50 yards and put a forth shot through its neck. Was the weirdest thing ever. Very interesting...all my other deer have taken 1 shot and dropped on the spot.

Hunted a spot where I had permission and was suposed to be the only one on the property, and at light, shots rang out all around me. I got the hell out of there, deer running all over..and dont think any were hit. I hunt every year, and you know what, I find this type of hunting unchallenging, wheres the game? The sport? A predetermined location, with feeders, and stands and blinds. Try a real sport, I hunt the rockies for elk, try that sometime. No predetermined locations, no feeders, you got to track them, follow their tracks and droppings, and really turn it into a sport. On foot the truck and ATV will only get you so far. I'm not saying this is wrong, but it just seems unsportsmans like to me.
