My friend said that you need to do a quest chain to be able to see Arcturis (your spirit bear in this video), Is this true, and if it is can you please guide me to the quest chain's start.

@MrPataFruit It's not. I logged on at random while in the grizzly hills with no quests related to Arcturis, and saw him walking. I tamed him, and was pretty excited. I know he's hard to find, but if you look on Wowhead there's coordinates for where he pats. He walks pretty much all across Grizzly Hills,

so he isn't bragging or anything, it's more than logical to have undergeared people in a random BG. so no point saying the obvious -_-
