@runepur3pk Step 1: Look up a million parkour tutorial videos (vaults and shizz). Step 2: Find a place to safely practice them until perfection. spread learning process throughout a week. (to prevent bad muscle memory). Step 3: Look up a million freerunning tutorial videos (flips and shizz). Step 4: Find a couple of spotters and a high cut lawn or safer, and practice them until perfection. (get spotters when needed. and spread learning process throughout a few weeks.)
