Carrie Lucas is African American and I think shes part Creole (Creole people from Louisiana are a mixture of french, african american, native american, and a little spanish). Linda Carriere (from the SOLAR group Dynasty) is a another bi-racial looking black women who is of Creole decent. No matter what race Carrie is, she is a beautiful woman who is probally old enough to be my very young grandmother.
I never knew her date of birth (my guess was always between 1949 to 1954), but being that shes currently 62, then I'm right in the middle. Like Mariyln McCoo and Linda Clifford, Lucas must be a fine woman over 60 years (those 3 were some of the sexiest women in their 20s and 30s). How do you know shes 62?
@soulchildsacomin How did you hear of Carrie Lucas since she was never a major recording artist? I like Carrie myself, but very few people have actually heard of her. I didn't even hear of her until I heard one of her songs on satellite radio a few years ago.
I am a big fan of classic R&B music, especially SOLAR artists (Shalamar, The Whispers, The Deele, Dynasty, Lakeside, and Carrie Lucas), so I know more than a few things despite of my young age.
