ooh oh oh k k ill tell u what version do u have? k if u see this video u see in the bar of file,edit,object look for character down there you see 3 buttons so
First button is = render preview
second button is = full render (and the way to save picture) if you click and keep pressing the click youll see more options like video render
third button is = render options(sixe of image quality all that kind of stuff)
great tut but I think that in Cinema 4D a fluid module would be good e.g. in the next release because creating fluid in Cinema don´t look real and there are not so much dynamic options then for example in Realflow;) I like the texture which u used!

If You are on a windows: Ctrl + R
"R" stands for Render

compared to the most 3D applications;) also the free programm Blender has a very nice fluid module!
